Great products which made the perfect birthday present. Deilvered in good time which meant that the customer experience worked perfectly from order through to delivery.

The first full scale distillery in the Cotswolds, England. From our single malt whisky to our gins and liqueurs, everything we make at the Cotswolds Distillery is about quality and flavour above all else.

Had an excellent tour experience, our guide Susie did a fantastic job!
Also very generous with the tasting (and samples for the driver), a nice relaxed atmosphere in the tasting room
Fabulous gin/tour/staff/surroundings but my one star review is for the coffee - simply awful - shame because it spoilt experiencing the cafe for a quick visit with friends.
I ordered an item from the Cotswold Distillery website fairly late one evening and received an email shortly afterwards confirming the order. I was quite surprised when a second email came just over an hour later
(at 9.15pm!) to say it had been dispatched.
I was gobsmacked when the Item was delivered before 11.00am the following morning.
For free postage, this was absolutely unbelievable!!
Attended my mates 60th by having a whisky making & blending course. Fabulous fun if you love whisky. Cotswold Distillery is an amazing operation. Highest quality from every angle. Winning prizes all over the world helping put the Cotswolds & South Warwickshire on the map. The cafe on sure is tremendous too. Highly recommended ✅👌
For some reason the staff decided to blank me in their shop today. Asking everyone but me if they needed help and wanted a sample. When I approached the sample stand, the attendee actually took the sample bottle off the stand and placed below out of sight!
Lovely place and I was able to taste the lovely whisky before buying. The young lady running the tasting counter was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. The Founders Choice is as good as pretty well anything from Scotland.
Fantastic tour information given in a very engaging way,the tasting which followed was very generous ,also the samples given to drivers were much appreciated
We had a fabulous time. Very interesting and informative tour with Nicola.
Four of us were on the 1430 tour. All the staff we dealt with, coffee shop, shop and tour guide were excellent, professional, friendly and very helpful. Three of the party had never visited a distillery before. Our tour guide's explanation of both gin and whisky distillation was great. The new distillery was very impressive. The tasting at the end of the visit was brilliant, plenty of choice and not rushed. The value was amazing. Thank you for a great visit. A must visit destination.
We went to the tour as a gift from our family and so pleased that we did.
We arrived early and had lunch in the delightful cafe. Great pizza but plenty of other choices at sensible prices.
Our tour guide was Alice who was brilliant!
She clearly knew her subject and made the experience informative, relaxed and fun.
The tasting was done in a comfortable and relaxed environment with ample amounts of both whiskey and gin to suit all tastes.
The entire experience was very well organised and absolutely no pressure to feel obligated to make a purchase!
We brought whiskey and gin in the shop but this was purely our choice.
Plenty of parking and the place is kept immaculately.
Highly recommended.
When buying an online gift experience I was disappointed for two reasons. The lack of a decent gift voucher and the omission on the voucher of the message I had wanted to include with the gift voucher.
A really nice experience. Staff were most helpful with my disability.
My boyfriend got himself the signature single malt whiskey, everyone in the family is loving it.
Got here very quick as well.
Impressive, friendly, professional and the tours are nicely done with an effective balance between facts and fun. Great place and great gin, amongst other spirits. Perhaps they could consider providing lunches and classes on blending? Also a good destination for those taking their WSET exams
Lovely place
Charming and informative guide
Best of all
Delicious wares
We had a visit to this distillery when in the Cotswolds and thoroughly enjoyed it.
Our guide Brian was brilliant, his knowledge and enthusiasm for the distillery was second to none.
We were allowed to try all their products if we wanted and came away with a bottle of their fabulous gin and a bottle of whisky.
If you're in the Cotswolds, go.
You won't be disappointed.

Great service, Ordered yesterday late afternoon arrived this morning. Couldn't ask for better service.
Looking forward to coming for a tasting experience soon
Thank you
I ordered a gift of a bottle of whiskey for my son in law for his birthday he is a doctor and has had a tough 12 months so I wanted to get him something special. It arrived in a couple of days beautifully packaged, and he was delighted. The whole process of ordering and the quick delivery was so easy and the whiskey is amazing.
I love the cotswold dry gin so we thought we would order some different gins to taste. Firstly when the 3 bottles arrived 2 of them were only 500ml - I know I should have checked the size of the bottles but when I am paying £39.95 I would least expect it to be a 70ml bottle! We ordered the 1616 barrel aged gin - we are not keen on this (it says to have over ice or with ginger beer) surely this isn't a gin then!, the second bottle was the barrel aged hedgerow wasn't great (tastes bitter). The third bottle as the Wildflower gin - its ok but not great (bitter taste). We really wanted to like them but I'm afraid we will be going back to Warners Gin. A so disappointed customer...........
