I had a great experience with the staff at Cottman Transmission of Greenville! Betty up front was very helpful and informative. Although my car cost much more than I anticipated, I can now drive my children around knowing they are safe! Also, enterprise was right next store and the staff over there went above and beyond to be helpful as well. They truly made this hard time a little less painful!

Though fairly close to cottmans in my office parking lot; but knowing what I was describing over the phone was an alternator / charging problem, the team sent a tow truck to bring my truck to cottmans (at no cost to me) to ensure my engine didn’t quit and leave me in traffic on the way in. Got her fixed up and we’re back on the road again running better than ever.

The 1998 GMC Sonoma runs great. I bought it used but runs like brand new. The people were very polite and courteous.

Had all 8 sprakle plugs and boots changed and suppose to have gotten an oil change on my 2007 Ford Expedition on 6-23-2017. Its 32 days later and my car had a ticking like sound. My partner checked the oil and low and behold there's not a drop of oil in my car. Keep in mind its not leaking oil either.To afraid to drive the car, dont want something to happen to the motor. So, I call Cottman to tell them what im experiencing and they offer to tow my SUV, back to the shop. Im not a mechanical but something tells me i NEVER received the oil change or i didnt receive 5 qts. like I paid for. Outcome pending. Told us it was oil in it when they checked. BS...

What a pleasure dealing with the owner. Had a intermittent hard shifting issue, they did their homework on the issue on my 2008 Saturn Sky Redline. Apparently the brake sysetm was sending bad signals to the transmition and notheing was wrong with the transmission at all. While he was looking he found other unrelated problems we discussed and he solved.

They were very honest and helpful. I definitely recommend this place!

Had a major steering/front end overhaul performed on a 2000 GMC van. Continued to notice some noise and stiff steering. The Pleasantburg store totally redid the work with new components at no cost to me.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Kenneth answered all my questions without any hesitation. He took my truck in right away and when I got It back, it ran like a new truck.
I would recommend Cottman Transmissions to anybody that needs auto work done right.

5 Stars...? I didn't see an option for a 10 star rating, because that's what they deserve. Every expectation was met, which can be hard to accomplish these days. I honestly can say I'll be back with confidence that they will perform with excellence.
