We started renting a property with Coulson James in mid-November. Immediately it became clear the property was not habitable. There was no heating or workingdrainage, the toilet was black and unusable and there were bloody plasters, razor blades and condoms left in the property. It took two weeks for the heating and plumbing to be resolved after having to go into the office multiple times and sending multiple emails. We have spent a lot of time and our own money to fix the property but are still waiting on Coulson James to fix issues that have been raised more than once over the past 4 weeks

My wife and I was buying a house through them recently. Whilst showing me around the house, the agent answered several of my questions with, what I later found out to be, false information, just to push the sale through. A survey i instructed later contradicted what the agent had told us and meant I had to pull out of the sale due to this incorrect information. We was obviously down over a thousand pounds in solicitor and survey fees. Worse still. When I pulled out of the sale and made my reasons clear and told them what their agent had told me, instead of apologising for feeding incorrect info, they instead chose to imply I was a liar. Classless. Just hope I never have to deal with them on any future purchase.

When searching for a property in Leigh-on-sea I registered with every estate agent that I could in order to find the right property for myself and my two small children. Coulson James went above and beyond to help me find the property of dreams (to rent). And it truely was! So gutted to be leaving Leigh-on-sea. I will be back and when I am the only estate agent I will be registering with will be Coulson James.
