I emailed in reference to my order right after receiving it and never got a response. The color of the graphics on the sweatshirt are yellow but in the image, on both colors the shirts come in, the graphics are brown. We would like to return the shirt and get one that looks like the image we ordered please

The sweatshirts that received are to big how do i send them back for a smaller size?

Initially got the wrong item shipped:/ (stuff happens) but I emailed them and they replied within a few days and sent me the correct item without hesitation! Even shipped it with the fastest shipping possible so it could arrive in time for the holidays. Appreciate the customer support!

Cute shirt design, however, the fabric material didn't impress me much, just basic T-shirt material. Would have preferred a bit softer. I made a mistake in my order thinking this was a sweatshirt so I ordered a medium. Had I paid better attention, I would have ordered a small for a long sleeve shirt. I messaged the seller regarding a possible return, pending a response but received survey request. I know it's a busy time of year, so allowing time for my next step. I may just wear the shirt oversized and move on. Lots going on with the holidays 😉

The company is asking for feed back. That is a positive. They want to publish your coments, thats another positive. I like the product . I would have put a halo over the wings, that is the only improvement on the back with the name Angel Baby or Angel with the persons name on the front.

Trying to get a return authorization for an item that is too small. I have contacted them twice with no reply each time. Shipped quickly, arrived on time but the customer service post sale needs improvement.
