An exceptional experience purchasing our new Lavender home with Countryside Homes!
From the very first visit, Donna and Maria went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly. Their communication, knowledge, and professionalism were second to none, and their warm, genuine approach made the whole journey an absolute pleasure.
Nothing was too much trouble – every step was handled with care, efficiency, and attention to detail.
If you’re thinking of buying a new build, look no further than Countryside Homes – and make sure you speak to these two!

The Incentive offers are not standard for everyone , They are offering as 5% for other homes of similar types and offered me less incentive amount, which has impacted my interest rate also ,They are just changing based on Individual to Individual, The Customer service by the sales team was also not good, The way they treat customers are also different. We have been not allowed to see the home until the reservation whereas they have shown homes to other customers before reservation multiple times. The Sales officer Ana has helped us to make our move a smooth and helping us with all the process during this Purchase.

I recently exchanged contracts for a property within the Saddlers Reach Countryside Homes development, and so far it has been nothing less than an exceptional experience. The communication and support from all those that I have been in contact with, including the Development Manager, Site Manager and Sales Consultant - Craig, has been unparalleled. I have visited the site/ property in numerous occasions throughout the build and the build quality and finish it has excelled expectations time after time, I would 100% recommend Countryside Homes to first time buyers such as myself and anyone looking for a new home to up/ downsize.

To me, a big part of the buying experience isn’t just about the house, its postcode, or whether the carpet matches the curtains; it’s about the salesperson. They can enrich the experience… or completely bugger it up.
Craig Jones at Countryside Homes didn’t just enrich my experience; he practically gift-wrapped it. In fact, he refused to let me buy the house on the day I viewed it! He told me to go home and think it over rather than make an impulsive decision. That’s not just great salesmanship, that’s emotional intelligence (and probably saves him a lot of piss-farting about later when people wake up the next morning and change their minds faster than a sober bloke in a Thai brothel).
Anyway, the deal was done, the reservation made, and Craig didn’t pull the classic done-and-run disappearing act that some salespeople do once the ink’s dry, vanishing up another customer’s hoop. He remained helpful as ever, steering me through the swamp of solicitors and paperwork with the patience of a nun on a hen weekend.
A message to Countryside Homes: Craig Jones has been an absolute diamond from start to finish. I hope you realise what you’ve got in him, because if you don’t, another house-builder will snap him up quicker than a pensioner on Viagra.
And to other house-builders: take note. I literally walked away from another development up the road because the salesperson was more interested in flogging me the house she wanted to sell than actually listening to what I was after. Big mistake… but thanks all the same, because I ended up buying a better house, with a higher specification, at a better price... from Countryside Homes.
So, thanks.

We cannot thank Katie, Jeremy and Marcus enough for going above and beyond with getting us into our new home. Katie especially was so wonderful with dealing with any issues very promptly and efficiently and reassuring us throughout the process, no ask was too big. Such a wonderful and friendly team, we couldn't have asked for better. Thank you so so much!

I purchased a London apartment from Countryside Homes last year as an investment for rental. I'd say they really have a good after-sales service, which is quite rare with developers these days. I was personally looked after by Jenny from the West London team about every issue in my property from snagging. She coordinated between my tenant and contractors to repair things in the apartment. Sometimes I feel that she's doing partly what my letting agent (useless Foxton) should have been doing... She is extremely responsive. No email is replied later than 48 hours, usually within 24 hours. This is really above and beyond. I like the fact that it's same person from the team who deals with my issue, so I don't have to explain the situation to different people. Five star all the way!

So far so good. Steve and Clare couldn't be more helpful and have helped us every step of the way

I’ve emailed and called Countryside Properties / Vistry numerous times over the past week regarding an urgent update on our Deed of Variation — specifically whether it has been sent to our management company.
The deed has already been executed, but our management company needs the physical copy in order for us to complete our sale. Despite leaving messages and sending multiple follow-up emails, I’ve had no response from anyone.
All parties in our chain have been ready and were relying on a completion next week, but due to the complete lack of communication and accountability from Countryside / Vistry, it’s now looking very unlikely to happen.
This delay is causing unnecessary stress and could jeopardise our entire sale. Extremely disappointed with the level of customer service and urgency shown, especially given how many families are affected when completion dates are missed.
Clear communication and attention to details on our home purchase process.
Open and responsive to queries. Despite we just reserved our home at Wolsey Park, however we are fully confident that process will continue smooth and hassle free thanks to Donna and Maria’s continuous support and guidance!
Thank you!

We wanted to thank Gemma S. as well as the entire Verdica team who has been extremely supportive throughout a process we have been recently involved.
Gemma has been super professional and has gone the extra mile to ensure that we had all the information required on hand.

Communication and planning isn’t very good, no forward planning, taken time off work to have snags done but nothing planned or sorted, sexist comments made to my partner on the day we received the keys, got told the house had had a deep clean the day before we got the keys, yet when we had a look around found evidence someone had recently used the toilet (without being too graphic),
Promises made to us that weren’t carried out then found out those promises shouldn’t have been offered in the first place, 68 snags and they only seem to be bothered about sorting half of them, somethings that have been done need revisiting, I was “told off” because I’d said the standard of work were poor.
I sent a complaint email months ago and am still waiting for an official reply rather than a “nothing to do with us”. Some issues raised I got told “you can see it from here so it’ll be alright”, which is disgusting considering we have paid a lot of money for this house and expect it to be right. I get the feeling that before they had our money they were always communicating, since purchasing it has slowed and somewhat come to a halt, I have tried to talk with upper management and all I seem to hear is “they’re busy”.
This is our first house and the excitement of it has been trashed because of the awful experience we’ve had and also continue to have, as problems are still on going. We had some work done yesterday, I came home to find that the flowerbed had been trashed that we’d spent time making look nice and other things we’ve done to make the house look and feel nicer have been ruined by workers not tidying up after themselves. Our neighbours have had a similar experience too. We feel truly let down by countryside, and has not been the first home experience we had dreamt of!

Rhodri Brown the sale consultant made our purchasing experience fantastic. Rhodri couldn't do enough to help. Such a lovely man very approachable, great to communicate with.
He was the only person at countryside that offered help with issues with the property.
With regards the developer that's another story.

Very professional and friendly. Made adequate time for me to see the properties. All my questions answered and in a timely manner. Craig the salesperson was very knowledgeable and helpful.
The process of reserving was straightforward. So far so good!
