I was stuck in all week waiting on their broken promises to deliver my parcel everyday to me.
as it was DHL who say its at their delivery depot in North Wales which is actually Countrywide Freight who handle the DHL parcels
Despite the live updates saying everything on schedule in my area. it eventually turned up out of the blue 7 days late.
I am glad that I paid for next day delivery otherwise it would of been mid March 2026 sometime.
They also kept changing the tracking history to make it look like they only just received it at the delivery depot.
Because Countrywide Freight use self employed drivers who don't like to get out of bed before 10am & knock off before 4pm.
Don't even bother with the contact us nonsense as its all automated & nobody ever bothers gets back to you.
These people consider themselves to be human beings but in my book they are no better than the germs on a fly's leg

Terrible terrible service! Off the back of receiving the email stating delivery would take place on 4/12/25, to which no product was delivered!

Following up on Friday Monday (05/12/25), I was told by Ashley in Customer Service that it would be with me by the afternoon… shock, 5pm came and no delivery.

I was further told by Shannon in support that it would be sent out Saturday… shock … no delivery has happened on Saturday despite being promised it would be delivered!

Well done by ruining a 3 years old birthday! Terrible!

North Wales Branch…
Acting as delivery agents for the larger couriers, my experience of Countrywide freight at North Wales is poor to the point of writing a review. Being the common denominator on purchases from two different companies using DHL and UPS, carrying out the final stage they falsely claimed successful delivery on one and a failed delivery attempt on the other. Having security cameras at the premises it was easy to prove otherwise, with investigations finding in our favour. Regrettably when making purchases the customer seldom has control over who delivers but Countrywide freight at N.Wales needs to be sounded out.
