Shame I can't give minus stars to this…

Shame I can't give minus stars to this awful company... Never employ them... They were tasked with solving a problem where rubbish tenants gad up to 8 vans on our small land at one time... They didn't get a penny from them so stopped patrolling (in the mean time fined innocent people)... They stopped patrolling last October... Their contract was not renewed in January 2025..now they have started patrolling again and fining people... It's trespass..... No way of contacting anyone.... Crooks

Well there’s nothing good to say about…

Well there’s nothing good to say about the bloodsucking vampires , I have been parking in a space at my girlfriends flat for about 5 years , one day I see a parking man looking at my car ,I came outside to ask what the problem was , he said I have no permit , I said I have it’s in the car ,he wasent interested and told me I have £100 fine and walked away uninterested in anything I had to say , there was a sign on the wall that I’d never seen before I think it was put up that very day hence the parking man appearing ,surprise surprise very sneaky ,my permit is at least 10 years old very faded and no longer adheres to the screen , I appealed this saying I was totally in my rights to park there but I don’t think they even read it so appeal failed, I made an official complaint to them saying I would rather go to prison than pay but got no response , I hope they do take me to court as the way they operate is totally underhanded , don’t pay them they are vultures I won’t whatever happens, they can’t send the balifs as they are a private company so fight them

The MOST appalling organisation I have…

The MOST appalling organisation I have ever dealt with.

Despite submitting a formal appeal with all the necessary documentation, I continue to receive payment reminders for a completely unjustified charge. My landlord and the letting agent have both tried to contact them, yet no one responds.

There is no phone number where you can actually speak to a real person, making it impossible to resolve any issues. The lack of communication is staggering, and the sheer incompetence is beyond belief.

I have full permission to park in the designated bay as a tenant, yet I am being harassed for payment with no way to dispute it properly. This company operates with zero accountability, ignores legitimate appeals, and is clearly more interested in extracting money than in following fair procedures.

Avoid this organisation at all costs. Their disregard for fairness and customer service is absolutely disgraceful.

I was visiting the vets

I was visiting the vets in a shared car park with my sick dog. (many other businesses and their customers use this carpark)
Then I receive an invoice to pay when i had a legitimate reason to be there.
Utter scumbags

ullying and Exploitative Practices

Bullying and Exploitative Practices – Avoid at All Costs

Review:

Countrywide Parking Management has demonstrated appalling customer service and downright exploitative practices. I recently received a Parking Charge Notice at Eton College Dorney Lake for an alleged violation that was neither clearly communicated nor proportionately enforced.

Despite raising legitimate concerns about the lack of transparency in their signage and process, I was forced to pay under duress to avoid further financial penalties and threats of escalation. Their response was dismissive, robotic, and entirely devoid of empathy or fairness.

Their practices blatantly contradict the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the principles outlined in the Parking (Code of Practice) Act 2019, which emphasize fairness and proportionality. It is clear that they prioritize profit over integrity, preying on individuals with no regard for the stress and frustration they cause.

I will be escalating this matter to the Parking Ombudsman and the International Parking Community to ensure their operations are reviewed for compliance with regulations. I urge anyone considering using their services or parking on their managed sites to think twice. This company’s behavior is the epitome of why the private parking industry has such a terrible reputation.

Avoid at all costs.

Organised thieves!

Organised thieves!

Their company needs to be sut down! I received a fine for parking in a 20 minutes allowance supermarket desigmated bay. The ticket said i parked for 6 minutes, this is well within the allowed 20 minutes time frame.
I appealed saying prove to me by picture of where my car was parked! The thieves responded with a rejection of my appeal and attached a picture of a car THAT'S NOT MINE parked in the correct bay. This car on the pic is a Vauxhall, and my car is Renault. They blurted/darkened the number plate on the pic, so no number plate showing on the pic.
They were clearly trying to commit fraud and steal from me. I've asked for compensation
If they don't compensate me, i will refer them to Action Fraud and take them to court.

They are bullies

They are bullies. Apparently these notices are not fines, they are invoices and if they are issuing ' fines ' unfairly then dispute them. They threaten people into paying. If they are ignoring your appeal or dispute they are not keeping to their side of the bargain so take THEM to court ! I forgot to display my permit so paid the money grabbers , but still they claimed they had already sent me a parking 'fine' prior to the threatening piece of paper I received. My 'CRIMINAL' activity took place on the 12th Nov and I didn't receive the letter until the 20th. Another way of hoping people may be away working or on holiday to push people past the 14 day £60 payment period. There is good advice online about dealing with private parking companies.

Paid fine but countrywide say they haven’t received it

My husband received a parking fine which although he didn’t feel it was justified he still paid the £60 well before the deadline.
He paid it online via the website shown on the letter from countrywide and got a reference no. to prove the transaction had gone through. However since then he has received two further notices from Countrywide saying he now owes £140
I emailed them but they said they have passed the matter on to their debt collector co and does not intend to communicate with us more
The money has not been taken out of my husbands account.
Is this their way of getting more money out of people!

I received a fine for parking

I received a fine for parking. I appealed it and it was denied with an automated reply. I agreed to lay the £60 but the platform they sent me to use to pay didn't work. I tried multiple times with no luck. I then got in touch with them and in every email I asked for an alternative way to pay, they have now increased the amaaount to £140 and still haven't given me an option to pay and I have been told they will not reply to any more emails. Please keep in mind that so far I haven't lost my temper and have tried to resolve the issue but I'm getting to the point where I'd like to tell someone where they can stick this fine :) I have not once refused to pay however without having a way to do so I can't shut this down. It feels like they are leaving it to build up so I have to pay more. Really Disappointing service and hope the local community opt to get rid of them and have another council run car park.

DAYLIGHT ROBBERY!!

This company is committing mass corruption, they purposely make it impossible to contact them and speak to a human, their appeal system is handle by an automated system I know this as myself and a friend both received identical appeal responses even though we are two individuals with two completely different circumstances. its a scam and the government need to look into this and reimburse the victims. The worst thing is I am a Countrywide parking permit holder and have been charged for a overgrown tree ( not my own ) obstructing my windscreen. SCAMMERS & THIEVES!!

One of the worst parking companies I have dealt with.

One of the worst parking companies I have dealt with. They are not following their policies. I got a PCN, I appealed online on 26 April 2024. I have not received any responses of any kind. Today 14th June 2024 I received a letter saying that I have not responded to their many correspondences! I need to pay £140. With this trick, I no longer can pay for the original ticket, also I have lost the right to appeal with the Independent Appeals Service online.

Joke of a company, damaged my car and unreasonable fine.

Absolute joke of a company! I pay monthly £50 for a car parking space, my pass is placed on the windscreen and have been issued a £60 fine. Appealed proving that it’s my dedicated car parking spot, no remorse. I think it’s disgusting how much I’ve paid and they can’t let go of one fine when I’m literally renting this spot. Another annoying point when I come round to check your car, the spaces are very slim between the pillar and car, which is fine because I’m careful when going passed, however then in their Huge high vis jackets with zips at the front are scrapping the car, which I have on the dashcam!

THIS COMPANY IS SCAM!!!!

Got changed £100 for parking my car in a customer parking lot?! I am so perplexed about this situation. The Signs CLEARLY states customers can park for 20 minutes with no permit needed as long they shop in the Simply Fresh store. Which I was parked for 17 minutes & was still given a penalty fee saying I needed a permit. & When I went to appeal the website does not let me!?!? This company is a scam. They try to con people and make money with no justifiable reasoning. Do not pay them. If anything if you are in the right. Take them to court and win your rights.
