They did not provide the products I ordered....poorly packaged and barely tapped box that gapped open during transit. They said there is nothing they can do about the products having fallen out due to poor tape job. Don't use their websites "contact us" for either because they don't read those messages. They refuse to take any ownership for not receiving messages via their form or properly packaging a box or for providing the products you purchased.....it is all on you and you can expect to just forget about it and lose your money.

Caution if you purchase from this shop you will only be offered a credit note no refunds. Not ideal when I was bought an item that was too big for my display cabinet and was left with a credit note. Had to replace with an alternative item which is not ideal as would have preferred my money back. Was advised if a I had purchased online I would have got a full refund but the website was not working so my husband went into store despite not been local to us.

Ordered 2 sets of Butler & Peach bronze miniatures sculptures (dancing hares), paid for them, received an order confirmation and waited for the delivery.
Over a week later I received a phone call from the owner, stating that he had no stock of these items, but that the website had allowed the order to be placed in error. This was a complete lie, and I wasted about 20 minutes listening to him lying through his teeth, and how sorry he was for the mix-up!
In fact, when I checked a few days later, he had plenty of these sculptures in stock, but the price had trebled for future orders!
I will now be reporting him to Trading Standards.
