when shopping online I always look to see if there are a participating member on coupon cabin. Many retailers offer items at the same price. If the item is offered through a coupon cabin participater I always purchase through them for their cash back option. It takes me a little while to get my cash back, but it's still money back in my pocket

I’ve used Coupon Cabin (CC) since 2021 and I love it! It’s easy to use, especially with the “CC Sidekick” option. No matter what site I’m on, I just click on my “sidekick” and I’m done! The more I use it, the more my bonus increases. I’m not a huge shopper yet I’ve already earned just $400! Why not get money back if you’re shopping online anyway?

Coupon Cabin will pay the pennies and cents but watch out for the large cash-back deals. CASH-BACK DEALS ARE NOT GUARANTEED even if you follow the purchase requirements and show undeniable proof.
I was duped into making a $100 Levi's purchase and a $160 UGG purchase, which I was supposed to get back all or close to all in their member-only cash-back deals. I let the Levi's missed payment go because it was the first time I had not received credit. But shortly after, the same issue arose with the UGG purchase, and when I filed a claim and showed undeniable proof that the purchase was made within the time allotted, I had to wait 90 days to be told there was nothing they could do about it. They sent a long screenshot of their policy, which in layman's terms said, "Even though we market cash-back deals to our members, we cannot stand behind what we say because ultimately the retailer decides if they will pay, and they cannot be held accountable to meeting their end of the deal."

We receive a commission for orders that are successfully tracked back to CouponCabin, and we then share this commission with members in the form of cash back. If a store does not pay us our commission, for any reason, we will not be able to credit cash back. Please understand that we're on your side here in that CouponCabin did not receive our commission for your order either (and we sure wish that we would have). Over 99.4% of all cash back transactions track without any issues, that's just 6 in 1,000 orders that don't get credited. When an order does not get credited, it is likely because of one of the following:
- An ad blocker is being used
- The purchase was for an item in a category that is not eligible for cash back
- The shopping cart was not empty when initially visiting the store
- A promo code was used that was not found on CouponCabin
- The order was not immediately placed after clicking from CouponCabin
That said, CouponCabin is a completely free service that provides its members with substantial cash back rewards for clicking links and making online purchases. We only get paid when you get paid so we're on your side here and we, too, wish there was more we could do to get your order credited for the both of us.

Scammed with vague "security" flag on account
Like many others, I was duped by the $100 cash back on a purchase of $100 or more offer. My account was established in August 2023 and upon redeeming this higher value offer for the first time in April 2025, my account was suddenly flagged for some sort of mysterious security violation for which no details were provided. Of course, CouponCabin demanded "a picture (no scans or copies) " of my state issued ID. You can also opt to send a copy of a utility bill to "verify" your account or "these and any needed further steps" they'll require. This is just a coupon site and no other deal/coupon site I've ever used over the years has required sensitive personal data. Expect the same copy/paste responses you see here if you push back or ask questions at all. Should have done my research on this company before falling for the advertising tactics. Glad they got their own commission though I guess.
