It is the worst courier company in…

It is the worst courier company in Greece because: 1) they never come on time, 2) you can't reach them on the phone, 3) even if you manage to reach them, they are rude. 4) the drivers don't leave the package and find excuses why they couldn't leave it.

Do never trust this courier

Do never trust this courier, especially with important documents. Three times, they "didn't find the recipient," while the recipient is a lawyer firm in the center of Athens.

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE. A tracked 15kg box containing personal items and christmas presents was sent. Scanning codes everywhere, clearly labelled, 4 declarations and they lost it. I was told the following
1. There was a hold up as it was Christmas - ok
2. They tried to deliver but I was not in - eh, they arrived asking for 40euros customs cost which is fine but they did not have any parcel
3. It was being sent back to the UK as there was not a correct delivery address - eh, you arrived at my house
4. they stuck another incorrect label on it and do not know where it is.
Ruined Christmas, hours and hours of trying to get any help. Lesson learnt...better and cheaper to pay more and use a professional company. Totally rubbish service and how big companies use them is beyond me. I can't stress more to NOT use them

Unbelievably bad. Stay away if poss!

They almost never deliver on time, they do not notify us when the parcel is out ( no SMS, no viber, nothing) and they of course NEVER answer phones or emails. They should be closed down, but instead they are the carrier responsible for Temu and ASOS deliveries!
What's their latest achievent? They just delivered my RETURN to ASOS to a customer in another part of Athens! So, now I can kiss my return goodbye and my refund also!
Unbelievably bad. There are no words.

If only I could give them 0 stars...
The parcel was sent from China (Temu) and in three days arrived in Salonica (although I live in Athens (500 km away) and it took more than a week to get to Athens. And even then, it was never delivered. I had to go and pick it up from one of their centers, because the call center doesn't work either. When I asked the guy at the reception what is going on, he responded that he had no clue, and this is standard operation, nothing is wrong. Even Temu was wondering what happened, why the courier sends no notifications of the whereabouts of the parcel.
Stay away. If Temu, shein, AliExpress etc tell you they are going to use Courier Center, cancel your order.

Courier Center, steal my order from TEMU ! They took my order at 23.12.24 , since this date my order despaired . They didn't send to Cyprus, they are nor answering to the messenger or e-mail !

No star should be able to choose! Im sorry its the worst carrier company. You can’t find anyone on the phone. There are all the time delivery delays and when they send you the message to choose a delivery point they charge you extra!

sent from Preveza to Paros 30/11 - still in Athens 7/12 This is crazy! It would have been quicker with Greek post! I will NEVER use this courier again ..... it's not even a courier! The person waiting for the parcel, leaves Paros on 10/12 What happens? Can I claim?

The courier system in Greece STINKS.

The couriers in general in Greece stink. This one is exceptionally bad. I have been waiting 3 days for a redelivery of a missed package. Who knows if I'll ever get the package from these clowns.

The courier system in Greece apparently works like this: If you happen to be home when they show up to deliver, you get your package. However, if like me you don't just sit in the house all day waiting for a package that may or may not arrive, you'll miss the delivery. nd when you miss the delivery, they say "we'll try tomorrow." And the same circus starts all over again.

Brilliant idea for Greece couriers: send a text to your customer with a delivery window BEFORE just showing up!

What a colossal waste of time. A master class in inefficiency.

If I could give no stars I would. Don't give a sh*t about delivery deadlines, say they tried to deliver but don't so you either have to sit around and wait all day for them or just end up picking it up from their offices anyway. They use excuses like oh it's Black Friday to justify packages that are weeks late... You are a DELIVERY company that doesn't deliver either packages or service

1 star because there is '0 star'.
At first, you receive a message that the parcel will be delivered today, and you are happy about that.
Just the next day, the fun begins: the package never arrives - at no reason- and if you try to communicate, you will need luck and a lot of patience: nobody will reply even after 30'.

Extremely Disappointing Service Experience

My experience with this delivery courier company has been nothing short of disappointing. Unfortunately, they have consistently failed to fulfill their basic responsibilities as a delivery service provider. Their track record is marred by undelivered packages, poor communication, and repeated instances of non-attendance. In the past month alone, three of my parcels were sent back to the sender without any clear explanation or attempt to resolve the issue. This lack of professionalism and efficiency is truly disheartening. I sincerely hope they address these issues to prevent other customers from experiencing similar frustrations.
