worst service ever

worst service ever. they say my parcel was delivered yet it was not. received by someone i don’t even know. i would not recommend that company to anyone. worst of all now is when i check my delivery status it says unavailable

Worst courier company in south africa

Worst courier company in south africa, my previous parcel from cellc i had to physicaly collect the parcel from the depot myself they never phoned me nothing an it was lying in a cage probably never went out for delivery. Cellc needs to do better and change this awfull courier company. When i ordered this parcel after 3 years same story different day.

Yhoo I don't even know what to say. It's the worst service ever. They didn't come collect my goods after booking no communication whatsoever and it's messing my plans financially. I tried to call and no one picks up the calls even Rtt headquarters.

CourierIt absolute incompetence.
I was informed via email and WhatsApp TWO WEEKS AGO that delivery of my new iPhone would take 1–3 days.

Two weeks later, nothing.
An agent phoned me this morning to reconfirm my address and guarantee delivery today.

Now I receive a notification on your useless tracking system saying the delivery cannot be fulfilled.

This is hands down the worst courier service I have ever dealt with. Zero accountability, zero reliability.

Do better.

The worst experience I have ever had…

The worst experience I have ever had with a courier company. They have no regard for your time. I have had a parcel that was supposed to be delivered a week ago and everytime I call they give me a date and time it will be delivered just for it not to show up. Their customer service is just as terrible. They drop calls left and right no matter how nice you are.

Worst courier service possible

Worst courier service possible. Do not answer the phone and when they do they still can’t help you. The last time someone answered she said she’d call me back with feedback which does not happen. It’s been a week that the driver has my parcel and when I ask for them to deliver they just don’t. Still waiting …..

If I could give it 0 start I would. This is the most useless courier company ever. The took 4 days and still could not deliver a package only 40 km away.
And ever time you call the support line they just hang up

Shocking

Shocking, unreliable service.
My package was supposed to be delivered by UPS but they chose to use Courier IT as a third-party company. Waited 2 weeks for communication on when my package would be delivered. Tens of calls, emails and WhatsApp messages later, I am told my package is in route and will be delivered today -only to find out 2 minutes later (on the same call) that my package has been "stolen". I never heard a customer service agent so nonchalant about a "stolen package". A day later I was contacted to say my package will be delivered - still haven't received it so I'm assuming it has really been stolen. Courier IT has no interest in reliable or efficient service delivery and are just opportunists.

I would have never chosen this company to begin with and wouldn't recommend anyone else using them.

I was expecting a delivery from courier…

I was expecting a delivery from courier it since Friday 20/09/25, my parcel disynot arrive, then I waited on Monday, I just received a massage that they couldn't deliver my package because I wasn't at the delivery address, which is a lie because they never even called me for the delivery. They offer really bad service, DO NOT use them.

I cannot believe the audacity

I cannot believe, with the technology we have, that they have the audacity to call an ‘Exception’ by stating the client was not at the delivery address! Really, are you so out of touch! Where is the phone call? I’m on my way! Or send me entrance details!

Worst Courier Experience Ever

I received a notification stating that my parcel had been delivered, yet no delivery was made. I attempted to email and call the courier using the contact details provided, but none of them work.

The delivery message claimed that my parcel was delivered at 18:30 by “Sam Lekgoathi” to an address that doesn’t even exist on Google Maps. I have no idea why Adidas is using such an unreliable company for deliveries.

To date, I have not received my parcel, and I am leaving in a week’s time. This experience has been extremely disappointing and inconvenient.
Adidas please STOP using this company!!!!!!

🚫 Absolutely Disgusted with Courier Guy – Avoid at All Costs! 🚫

If I could give this courier service 0 stars I would!
I paid an exorbitant amount for overnight delivery to Cape Town, expecting my package to arrive the next day as promised. Not only did it not arrive, but the tracking showed it sat in Johannesburg for more than a day. And when it finally landed in Cape Town at 15:00, it just sat there. No delivery. No update. Nothing.

This kind of sloppy, unacceptable service is exactly why customers lose trust. When people pay a premium, they expect you to deliver literally. Instead, all I got was excuses, delays, and zero accountability.

Your service is not just disappointing, it’s pathetic. You don’t just fail to deliver parcels, you fail to deliver on your promises. The only thing you seem to do consistently is disappoint.

⚠️ Do NOT waste your money or time with Courier it unless you enjoy chasing parcels and being lied to.

This is one of the worst courier…

This is one of the worst courier services. We do business with Takealot and have some packages picked up by Courierit.
The result: four packages have not been delivered to Takealot, one package was damaged and returned, and they still want us to pay the bill.
We cannot recommend them.
