Disappointing Customer service and lack of liability.
I bought a pair of Timberland shoes from Courir and was advised by a staff member to purchase a cleaning product (Crep Protect) to maintain them. I followed the instructions given, but the product caused the dye to bleed, ruining the shoes.
Despite following their recommendation, Courir refused to take responsibility, claiming it wasn’t a manufacturing defect. As a customer, I find it unacceptable that they don’t stand by their own advice or address the damage caused by products they recommend. Very disappointing experience.
Courir forgot my address details
Courir sent shoes to the delivery company without my house number so the delivery company sent me a mail requesting my address details. I had to call DPD (delivery company) to explain that courir forgot to give them my address.
When the shoes got delivered 3 days later i was asked by courir what my experience was. I told them that it went wrong and i had to wait 3 more days and that i had to call the delivery company because courir forgot to give my address details.
Today i got a response from courir.
No apologies nothing. their response was
"Thank you for taking the time to share your comments about the delivery of order CO0001940923. It's nice to hear that the package arrived safely after all"

I bought a Christmas gift from this website (a pair of shoes). Unfortunately the shoes were too big and I want to return them - but their website has been inaccessible (I get the message: "Forbidden" when I try opening their site), so I am not able to initiate the return process.....

Site is down, can't get in contact with anyone via email or social media, no updates on shipping. Do not purchase from this site, it's not trustworthy!
Edit: After being absolutely impossible to get in touch (site is down, emails get returned, no reply on social media) I get an email saying my package was sent! I still can't reply to the emails or access any info regarding returns on the site, because I absolutely don't want these shoes anymore and I refuse to pay this company that has no consideration for its clients. Still waiting to hear from Courir on what the return policy is! I want my money back, terrible experience.

Never received, no refund!!
I've never received my shoes! They were returned to sender because they could not deliver the package but they've never paid me back (after almost 1 year). The customer service is terrible, they keep asking for the prove of sending it which I've send like 4 times already. E-mailing multiple times.. Still no money back.
Not good outside France
Most shoes, especially if on sale, are only available in France. However, you can find them in every other website, e.g. Courir NL, but only when you reach the payment, you realize that something is wrong. Terrible site, terrible service.
