I am currently enrolled and progressing through the DV course. I have found the team support to to helpful when there is something I did not understand or couldn't answer correctly. The Team support have been prompt to contact me with their assistance when I needed it.

Everyone has been super friendly and helpful.

I have just started and spent an hour in the first assignment, I thought i was saving all my work, when i logged out and checked it was not saved i then realised i had not saved the down load that would automatically save my work, that was my fault and i was thinking that it could of been explained a little clearer.

Annette from courses4me has been an excellent help with my study. This has made such a huge difference for me and she has really made me want to study again. Annette is very helpful, is super friendly and gets back to me with anything I need help with. Thank you Annette for your assistance and excellent service, you are a gem.

The welcome call I had today with Caitlin over the phone was professional and concise. She had clear communication around her role as the caller and instructions on how to operate the online site for the course. She made it very easy to understand and provided such explanation in a flexible, timely and coordinated way :) Very happy with the welcome call service to kick start me into gear and confirm account detail information.

I have never had a bad experience with any of the the team from courses4me. They have always been very supportive and responsive when i have needed to ask a question. Recently I had to ask a question regarding an assignment and I was answered very promptly by my tutor. I always receiving course feedback after the submission on assignments and I was also shocked and happily surprised when I received my latest course grading and feedback on a public holiday. Thank you so much to the Courses4Me team for doing such a great job

Huge scam was telling these Muppets I was homless had no net or computer. I'm living under a bridge I had no way to continue the course. They continue to take money. Even went from fortnightly to weekly without asking me. Left my bank negative every week and the overdrawn fees killed me. They never once listened and literally started asking me for double payments!!!!! I told my bank to stop them as they are a scam. They finally agree I can't do the course due to my circumstances when asked to refund the money they took they turned around and said they don't believe I was telling the truth and would be keeping my 1700 and they even try telling me they payed the outstanding balance for me.....lol ok they payed themselves. Not an RTO and it is not clearly stated as they claim otherwise I'd have stayed well away. Oh and yes they do delete reviews they deleted my first one. Absolute scumbag scammers

Great tutors that always get back to you with great advice & minimal time between grading so you don't get disheartened by not knowing. Very supportive team that give you feedback you can work with, would recommend to anyone

As a coordinator with the DHFS in Victoria with child protection & family violence intervention, after completing the advanced certificate in domestic and family violence support I recommend anyone wanting to work in DV to complete this course.
I’ve learned more in this course than any other studies I’ve completed over my 30 years in this industry and have encouraged all my peers that are yet to complete this to do so.
Support is great, the self paced style of learning ensures even those with the most busiest schedules can complete their studies without any stress.
