Courses4me is a total scam ! Have told me they will take the entire course fee even though I've asked to cancel. They tell me I received the fine print and course login ,which I definitely did not and I have my proof and witnesses. They plan to take nearly $4000 from me. Telling me with my course login details,there would be a fine print stating a 3 day cooling off period , I did not receive this information nor sign any documentation. Total scum.

Still harassing me to this very day , refusing to let me speak to someone higher than reception. Dont press 3 people,you'll wind up with a very aggressive lady who refuses to listen and hangs up because she's fully aware she's in the wrong. Hiding behind her phone , absolutely disgraceful. I'm ashamed in myself for believing you guys were worth it.

I've emailed multiple times and rung multiple time only to be ignored or laughed at by the extremely unprofessional desk jockey who refused to give her name. I give my name , she can too. I've even emailed Jesse also who I originally spoke to when deciding about the course. I have not received any emails with my login,and I will not provide my medical details. You have been told I cannot pay and Jesse was told I would get back to him regarding centerlink helping with the fees. I notified Jesse that I could not afford it ,and since then I've been harrased and threatened. I will ask you one more time to remove all my details including name, date of birth, address and bank account ,or I will be speaking to my solicitor about this. You've denied me a phone call with a professional instead of a desk jockey. I'm now finding I'm not the only person you do this to , many people have lost because of Courses4me. I'm ashamed to think I nearly paid a company that screws over our important people ( medic,ambo, firefighter,you name it youve screwed them all over. Totally un acceptable. Remove my details and my bank details now please or I will press charges

Once again,I will not be sending you my private health information. I never said to start me on the course as I've stated multiple times I had to discuss money with centerlink, instead I was ignored and now harrased. I suggest you remove my personal information right now. I do not have to and will certainly not be providing my medical details to you. Stop trying to steal !

Finally they've learnt they won't win ! Time to go find a REAL course provider :)

Really enjoying the Criminal Psychology course, always been a huge fan of crime novels and crime shows, so having an understanding of how criminals think and why they do what they do has been really interesting.

What I love about this company is the variety of courses they have to offer, the payment plans are reasonable if your on a budget. They also have no timeframe so there’s no pressure and you can get your studying done on your own time management. From signing up to now completing 4 assignments in my first module, has been the best experience I’ve ever had. If you need help it’s very easy to ask questions and they respond in a reasonable timely manner.

Don’t ever use courses4me their courses are horrible and if you fail to pay their weekly fees you will be hit hounded by commercial credit control pty ltd. Their intentions is to hit you with a huge fine the moment you don’t pay the weekly fees. They have tried to make me pay $3225 even though I didn’t breach the contract then sent an apology email. Complete money grabbing scheme STAY AWAY!!

It took me roughly 10 my mths to complete my course with amazing feedback and support from my tutor, no
Pressure with working full time and studying part time, being at my own pace meant I felt more at ease with no specific deadlines.
My time studying has been an incredible experience. Thank you!

After being conned by Upskilled a couple of months ago, I decided to give Courses4me a go. I emailed and left two messages ... NOTHING! Thankfully I read the reviews here, and see I dodged a bullet. Phew!!!

A very well put together course, it was extremely interesting. The Tutors were awesome with lots of positive feedback and encouragement. I would strongly recommend for anyone wanting to challenge them self or thinking about a career change to study with Courses4me.

I am honestly So Happy I took this dog course!! This course has the perfect sequence of questions that stimulate my brain in just the right order, to really get a handle on this. They don't just give you all the answers and expect you to memorize them. The questions they ask leads me to ask other questions, and through research I'm able to find the answers they are seeking. I can't say enough good things about this course!!

Huge true crime fan doing the Criminal Psychology course, one month in and loving it.

I initially had planned to commence the course whilst I was unable to work due to a spinal injury at work. I then signed up & provided my banking details & signed everything.

During the 3day cooling off period & particularly on the 2nd day of, I tried contacting July to inform her of mu intentions to cancel however after many attempts, I was unable to get through to her.

Unfortunately whilst this was all happening, I was readmitted to hospital for my ongoing spinal issues & was unable to follow up for obvious reasons.

Upon being discharged from hospital, I tried contacting Annette Lawrence to explain my unfortunate dilemma, however she was not at all willing to listen nor was she prepared to help at all.

I explained my situation to Annette & explained that I tried to cancel within the 3day cooling off period however my support person was unresponsive. I also insisted she check the website & she would see that I didn't even get to login to the site or even change my default password as I was hospitalised. She was not sincere or willing to negotiate with me at all but rather abruptly told me she basically didn't care of my hardships & ilI simply had to continue paying.

I have since the start had to pay weekly payments of $27.50 for a course that I didn't even start or for a website I didn't even log into & ontop of all this, they ignored my initial request prior to cancelling of taking the payment every Wednesday & instead debited the payment every Sunday, I mean who in the world gets paid on a Sunday? Seriously! As you can imagine, each payment they were taking every Sunday my bank was charging me a dishonour fee as my pay gets banked every Wednesday, no Sunday.

I am extremely affected by the mistreatment I have had to experience and am honestly thinking of legal representation for this matter ad I have simply been treated extremely unfairly!

Also, my cancellation request was not sent via email, I simply tried contacting ting the only person I had a co ta t number for which was July, the girl who signed me up. May I also remind whilst trying to do this all, I was in hospital with a spinal injury! How about you show some compassion atleast! Extremely rude you are.

I have just completed the course in mental health it was far more than what I anticipated it cover a lot of subjects and far reach beyond my expectations it took a little bit longer than I thought but the support staff and mentors are a+ a great way to learn and they made it enjoyable well done to the team and mentors at courses 4 me

I have just completed, and received my Statement of Attainment, for the Introduction to Criminal Psychology course, which has a Forensic Science component as well. I found the course to be very informative, easy to follow and understand. The feedback from the tutors was quick and helpful.

The only negative feedback i have is the accounts. I emailed mid way through the course to find out what my account balance was, with no reply. I only received an email regarding my account once i had finished and emailed wanting to increase my payments. Other than that, it was a great experience and would recommend to anyone.

I have just completed my Domestic and Family Violence course . I enjoyed how there was no pressure or times you had to submit your assignments . Although I finished in 10 months , it made me enjoy doing it and getting all the help I needed . Hayden was always helpful with any enquiries I had .

I was just interested in the payment plan option for one of these courses.
I was advised of the options which was great to know however 3-4 weeks after my initial enquiry, the customer service team have not stopped hassling me either by text or phone call. I continually block these numbers, but they still manage to keep calling me.
Enough is enough!!
Continuing harassment won’t win my business!!

Currently doing the Criminal Psychology course and it has been extremely insightful. I have always wanted a career in this field, but wanted to make sure it was for me before diving into a degree, this has been a perfect entree and stepping stone for me. Support is great and the enrolment process was easy as they will step you through.

Don’t ever lose your job because they don’t care at all. The stupid 3 day cooling off period will be thrown in your face. Then you finally get the course on hold for them to send you to a debt collector. Will never never deal with them again. They are disgusting and not very understanding.

Coherced to enroll after a violent domestic attack that left me mentally incompetent. Still recovering I contacted Courses4Me with medical evidence that took 2 more detailed letters of medical evidence before they unrolled me and ceased fortnightly direct debits from my bank account. Flat out 'to bad so sad' to my request for $1,116.94 to be refunded. Have esculated with the ACCC and Consumer Affairs Victoria. Buyers beware, Courses4Me courses are not an Australian qualification or a RTO

I started the dog grooming course 2 weeks ago and OMG it is fantastic.
Courses4me has by far the best dog grooming course.
I tried with a different provider that was offering free stuff to sign up but it was absolutely rubbish.
From the time I sent them a message and had my first conversation with an advisor everything had been amazing!! Definitely recommend to anyone wanting to study to use these guys ❤️

Amazing support! i recently graduated from the advanced certificate in domestic and family violence support within 2 weeks i landed my dream job.
