WORST quality ever
shame i cant add a picture here-- i put your sneakers in the washing machine (cold water) they came out with millions of stains and yellow patches..part of the vans logo just disappeared.. i have had like 50 pairs of vans in my life and never seen anything like this.. Super expensive "limited edition" worst materials ever.. this s*itty "vans" are designed to last a couple of weeks.. absolutely horrific quality and materials

You ordered a custom shoe and we strongly recommend not washing the shoes as stated on the product page. Maybe you did not read this. At custom shoes the colors, prints etc. are applied by hand, that's why you can't compare the shoes with industrially manufactured shoes. Misleading and unwilling to help
I ordered a pair of custom AF1s from Coutie, unfortunately the product pictured on the website was misleading as the colour of the shoes I received was completely different from what was described/ pictured. I contacted customer service and received and response within 3 hours which was great. Unfortunately they weren’t able to offer a resolution which is frustrating. The customer service rep agreed that the colour of shoe was different to what was displayed however they were unwilling to help. I will never order from here again, a waste of $450.
