Ordered a non - invasive glucose monitoring smart watch. There simply is no function to monitor glucose and the watch itself is as cheap as can be imagined. I have contacted the company but they are less than useless and are now ignoring my emails. I would advise anyone to avoid at all costs.

Very happy with purchase and arrived on time

I would not order from this company again. Shipping took a full 4 weeks (29 days), the fabric was shockingly thin and cheap, and the waist was sewn so high that the dresses were unwearable. They advertised free returns but when I contacted them to return the items for a full refund, they refused. 3 emails later and the most compensation they would offer was $67, half of what I paid for the 2 dresses. The only option eventually offered to get a full refund was to send them to a return address in Dubai and said I would be responsible for the shipping costs, which USPS quoted at $75 and required Customs Forms. Absolutely disappointed with this company and would never recommend buying from them.

No issues delivered and all items are very nice

The dress was lovely but the fit was on the tight side and the material was more flimsy than I thought it would be.
The shirt I ordered at the same time was a good fit.

I ordered some items which cost me over 106 dollars.They arrived and were awful. I emailed company and they offered me 30dollars and I could keep items. I refused. They stated I could have a full refund if I paid my own postage and sent them tracking details. Parcel been returned stating I owe a further £3.50 even though the post office weighed and charged me £25. The parcel also states there is no such P.O number so they are actually defrauding people or are a complete con

Beautiful quality! Exactly what I wanted. The materiel is very soft and comfortable.

Had to wait for a while for the delivery, but it was worth it - clothes look even better than on pictures!

unfortunately the dress i ordered didn't fit right, so asked if i could send it back and have a refund, i was told i could have a $10 refund as compensation and keep the dress. I don't want the dress, just wish to send it back free of charge and have a refund. Have heard nothing back, i don't call that good customer service, will not using them again.

I bought a dress from Couwy recently which took a long time to arrive. When it arrived it was a nice dress but was too small for me even though I’d ordered my usual size. I contacted the customer service email address as there was no delivery note or return instructions. They had advertised 30 day easy returns on the website and so I was surprised when they offered a small amount of compensation that increased each time I declined it. They said I could keep the dress, but I kept saying it was too small and I needed to return it as it is of no use to me. I asked for a full refund but they just kept offering a small amount of compensation and to keep the dress. I asked if the compensation was a true refund or just money off another item and before I knew it they’ve refunded my account with the small amount of comprnsation. I’ve lost £33 buying this dress and will definitely not but from them again!

Recieved the dress, but fits small, want to return for larger size but they want me to send $15.00 dollars so they can send me another size. They are making it difficult to buy from them again. Be very careful to buy from them. I do want another one, but don't trust they will send the dress.
