The Customer service was friendly and helpful as was the delivery service. Seemed like nice people to do business with. I actually had an error in my order when delivered - which was corrected later in the same day with a new delivery.

Fantastic experience. Prompt phonecall and delivery. There was a slight misunderstanding about the size of stone due to the website (and my inexperience) but the delivery driver picked up on it straight away, was very proactive and helped me get the right delivery straight away. Really helpful company, fantastic service will definitely use them again!

Scaffold boards
Scaffold boards. Very poor standard, full of splits and large knots. Would not buy these from here again. My wife took delivery of this,whilst I was at work. She sent me pictures of damaged boards, hit by a fork lift. In fareness to covers once I contacted them they came back and change those 2. Once I came home to use the boards for what I was building
(I am a carpenter) I found all the boards were of very poor standard, if they were for a Scaffold company these would not of been used. I've seen boards that are very old and they are in better condition than these. I suggest you change your supplier as these did not look up to standard although they were banded. Unless you just deliver your lift overs the customers who don't come in and select their timbers.
These were for a job that had to be done that evening so I had to use them, otherwise I would of wanted them all exchanged

We appreciate you recognising that we were able to quickly replace the two damaged boards identified on delivery. However, we're disappointed to learn that you found the overall quality of the boards unsuitable for your project.
We work closely with our suppliers to ensure the timber products we stock meet the standards our customers expect, and feedback such as yours is taken seriously. We understand how frustrating it must have been to discover the condition of the boards only when you were ready to start work, particularly when the job needed to be completed that evening and exchanging them wasn't a practical option.
Your comments have been shared with our timber team for review, and we will also raise the concerns you've highlighted with our supplier. Thank you for taking the time to bring this to our attention.
