Sleeper delivery
Bought some railway sleepers and pea shingle on line which was quick and easy except Covers do not accept Amex. I got a call the following day to let me know when to expect my delivery. Very friendly and highly skilled driver craned my items onto my drive. Job done! Thank you

I recently had an extension built and…
I recently had an extension built and had to go shopping for a new kitchen. We shopped around but chose Covers and are glad we did. Darren helped us with our design from start to finish and couldn’t have been more helpful. He was always responsive to emails and calls and resolved all our queries and questions. The quality of our kitchen was excellent and the price point very competitive. Covers provide a local and personal service without compromising on quality. I would definitely recommend.

Issues in quality, processing and service
A lot of the wood delivered had imperfections.
For delivery I was told the items would be left in the garden (I rang to ask this as had to plan my day around it). Driver then dropped it curbside whilst I was an hour away from home as stated the garden would only be possible if reachable from the grab lorry (was not told this when I asked initially).
Ordered 80m of decking board, requested that it be prepared at 3.6m a board in the notes as directed by the website, decking boards came at 4.5m? so I now have serious wastage and I'm three boards short.

Very good service on both of my deliveries. 2nd wasn’t all in stock but was notified about the delay so not deal breaking. Will be using again in the next few days.
