🇬🇧 Avoid this company at all costs. They tried to say that damaged caused to the vehicle after I had returned the keys was my fault and they were going to keep the €200 deposit and that was in August of 2025. I argued and wrote to 5 different people before they admitted it was their mistake.. today March 2026, they took €72 from my account without authorisation.... this was as they had decided to invoice me for the damage to the van that THEY caused in August 2025. It seems they will do anything including lie and cheat to get more money. Be careful with them, or better still use another company.
🇪🇸 Eviten esta empresa a toda costa. Intentaron decir que los daños que sufrió el vehículo después de que devolviera las llaves fueron culpa mía y que se quedarían con la fianza de 200 €, y eso fue en agosto de 2025. Les discutí y escribí a cinco personas diferentes antes de que admitieran que fue su error. Hoy, marzo de 2026, me cobraron 72 € sin autorización... porque habían decidido facturarme los daños que ELLOS causaron a la furgoneta en agosto de 2025. Parece que hacen cualquier cosa, incluso mentir y engañar, para sacar más dinero. Tengan cuidado con ellos, o mejor aún, contraten otra empresa.
