terrible customer service & policies

Poor communication, I was sold a "lemon" product and they conveniently have a 15-day return policy. After that, you're screwed. Mine went bad right around 30 days in and I'm now stuck with the item. They did not offer any sympathy, just a cold response that there was no exceptions. I'm not dealing with them again.

Cow Boom is really a Flop...

Apparently Cowboom has put their customer service "out to pasture" because I certainly never got any help. Much of what is available via this Internet site are returned/restocked/re-furbished items from the retailer Best Buy. Since they didn't make a profit on the first sale of the item, they seemed determined to make sure that doesn't happen to them again! While their listed prices seem competitive, their bogus add-on shipping charges drive final check-out totals into the ridiculous column. Order two of the same product....offered, stored and shipped from the same warehouse...and you'll pay two shipping fees, but receive only one package with both items. If you should question this practice with a call to their "customer service", all you get is an unapologetic "that's our company policy" answer, no matter how high p the chain you try to take your complaint. Doubled shipping charges, added to a very slow order turn-around rate, and condescending customer service..... My recommendation: don't be bullied and udderly frustrated dealing with Cowboom, mooove along to a more responsive and appreciative retailer.

Products don't work and they couldn't care less

I ordered a PSP through CowBoom and it arrived today and it does not turn on, charge, or do anything. You cant insert a memory card because something appears to be stuck inside. The package it arrived in looked like a rabid dog has been chewing on it and the contents just thrown into the box with no care. The item was also very dirty. Shipping was expensive at close to $20 and it took 12days to receive it. The company doesn't care about its customer and the inconvenience they cause by sending items that don't work at all. I ordered the PSP three weeks ago and now I'm waiting for a replacement. It will take at least another three weeks to receive the replacement PSP that may or may not work. It would have been cheaper to buy new and at the store months ago. Buyer beware!
