So happy when I received my purchase

So happy when I received my purchase! Was searching on various websites for a particular item, found it here on Coyote!

Item was packaged exceptionally well, tracked, delivered & received in a very short time. I'm very happy!

Out of stock

I purchased an item on line and paid for it.l had an email the next day to tell me it was a mistake and not in stock.l was refunded very quickly but disappointed.

Unhelpful

Unhelpful, ineffective and hostile
I recently phoned to inquire about having bindings mounted on new skis. The person who picked up was genuinely hostile and ill-mannered, repeatedly interrupting me and generally giving the impression she wants to get rid of me asap. The gist of it was that the store has ceased, for ever, to mount ski bindings. I found that difficult to believe and I asked to speak to her manager. She put me through to a gent who introduced himself as the owner. He was more polite and less hurried. Different story now: they will restart mounting bindings “in the autumn”. I offered to pay more for quicker service, but to no avail.
I then had the bindings fitted in Bristol while waiting, the following week.
I am sure they are all trying their best but this is NOT the level and quality of service you expect from the only ski shop in Wales.

I am sorry you were unhappy with our service, I have looked into this matter and noticed on our system that your item was out of stock, unfortunately this does happen from time to time.

However, I also see we checked our system notified you of the problem and issued a full refund with 1/2 an hour of you placing your order.
