Tahe Breeze Paddle
Just purchased a Tahe Breeze Paddle.
I'd search a number of outlets and Coyoti was the most attractively priced.
However, free p&p only extended to mainland UK so this offset my saving and I had additional postage costs from Northern Ireland delivery. That said, it was still cheaper than elsewhere.
I placed the order at night. It was dispatched the following morning and I received it within 48hrs.
All in all, a very slick operation. Something, I'm finding to be a rarity when buying SUP equipment online.

Great customer service! I ordered a backpack that I needed by the end of the week. I contacted them to confirm if I was going to receive it on time and they reply very quickly. My backpack was with me the following day.

Unfortunately the item I ordered was never delivered.
I waited for 2 weeks to receive nothing.
The staff did try their best (Kirsty) to chase the missing item.
Unfortunately they were let down by the usual Hermes, they might have changed their name but they haven't changed their poor service.
A refund was given and received quickly.
Thank you Kirsty but don't use Hermes

Had two pairs of skis serviced
Had two pairs of skis serviced; both had residual superficial groves remaining. Not had this previously in 30 years of having skis serviced at a variety of locations (including at Coyoti).

We are sorry you feel our service was not satisfactory.
We discussed this issue when you collected your ski, to fix the "superficial groves"
We could either have repaired them: this would have involved cutting into the skis making the groves larger and deeper so that the ptex we use to repair bases would be substantial enough to bond to your skis. If only a small amount is used it will not stay in place and is never a strong as the original material used.
Alternatively, we could have removed a significant amount of the skis base, taking the hole base down to the lowest point of the groves, that way the groves would have disappeared.
Our technicians felt both options would have taken a considerable amount of “live” out of the skis for something purely cosmetic "superficial" and felt this was not something they would wont done to their own skis so wouldn’t do to our customers.
Pros and cons
All staff lovely, helpful and informative when buying boots, and quick turn around with remounting my bindings in time for my trip. Pretty pricey all round however (both boots and binding refitting) and din setting believed to be incorrectly set which contributed to a major fracture when falling in day 1 of my trip as my skis did not come off as necessary.

Dear Mia, we are very sorry to hear about your accident.
It was discussed that due to the age of your skis, 20 years plus it was our oppinion you would be better off hiring.
According to our records you class your self as an Intermediate skier, who prefers a variety of speeds, skis on varied terrain, including more difficult trails therefore the decision to us them was always in your hands.
About the price, this was expalined before any work was carred out and that due to their age they had to be looked at by a senior technician hens they couldn't be done while you waitted.
Good price with delivery as advertised.
