DONE BUY HERE!!

Order a lamp in June, "today order, tomorrow deliver" havent heard from them....only one email, and then nothing, they dont answer the emails...the phone number doesnt work. This webshop is total FRAUD! DONT BUY ANYTHING HERE!!! I will put a demand against them so they don't keep on doing the same to other people!

Scammers

Scammers. Sent us an incomplete product. Claimed that we needed to order one of the parts which was clearly part of the lamp separately. The separate piece is not available on the website. Sent many emails, never got a reply. Tried to call, not possible. Wasted 100eu on a lamp we can't even use. Can't even send it back because there is no customer service available. Really bad exprerience. Never again. Don't waste your money.

Take your money and don’t deliver

Do not use this site. The products look beautiful in the photos but arrive looking cheaply made. One of my products never arrived and when I followed up, I got no response. I then requested a refund of my money since I never got the product. That was about 4 months ago and still nothing. Cozyhaus stole my money and have never tried to help me get my order. Not that I’d want it, now that I know how cheaply made the products are. Shocking to no service whatsoever. Thieves!

Scam?

BOTTOM LINE : I can’t say for sure that this company *is* a scam; however, they’re definitely shady. At a minimum, they’re highly highly highly disorganized. Spend your money elsewhere!

3 APR 2025 : After weeks worth of emails back and forth with the company, I *finally* received a refund today. It hasn’t been easy. They have sent me 3 different tracking #s all from completely different shipping companies, one of which said my two lamps had been successfully delivered (spoiler alert: they hadn’t). I’ve also received completely different messaging from different support reps after I asked them to cancel the order and just refund my money. One rep said they were re-sending the order (NOT what I asked for), several days later another said “good news, it arrived” (huh?), and then finally and out of the blue (after a complete lack of response for 2 weeks) another rep tells me they’ve processed my refund! 🙌🏼 And I confirmed today that the credit has finally appeared on my credit card.

20 FEB 2025 : The 2 identical lamps I ordered on 4 Feb still haven’t arrived. I received an email saying they shipped a week ago with a tracking number but the shipping company never actually received the product. Today CozyHaus sent me an email asking me to review my product. What?!? I have received nothing to review so I’d say my experience has been pretty poor so far, wouldn’t you???

No product received after 3 months

I ordered a lounge chair on October 10, 2024. So far, no product was received and the email exchange is not clear about what went wrong. The tracking from a Chinese courier used to show that the item was ready to be shipped since October 16 but just checked today and now the tracking shows as expired. Well... € 165 spent and no product... Perhaps CozyHaus is too busy with the law suits?

This is so bad.

This is so bad.
I’ve ordered a table, which looked good on the photo. Desceiption materials: metal and wood. When I received it, it was cheap plastic and cheap wood. The cheap
table legs were wrapped in wood-print plastic sheathing.

I’ve paid 100 euros for this!! And they are not replying back in my email.

Not recommended

Not recommended. Ordered a lamp, delivered broken. Agreed to get a partial 70% refund despite that it is at the fault of the vendor - this agreement was a month ago and I still have not received my money back.
