Fast delivery

Fast delivery. Really pleased with waterproofs, they’re really sturdy and good quality. Should last a long time!

The quality of the products is great my…

The quality of the products is great my only dissatisfaction is with the sizes. My son is 9 and I originally bought him a Didriksons jacket size 9/10 but it turned out to be huge so as size 8/9 is not produced I had to get him size 7/8 (and he is tall) so I think the sizes don't reflect the actual sizes.

Bought a shirt to go trekking in…

Bought a shirt to go trekking in Australia. Description was UPF50 so perfect. When the item arrived it was actually UPF30 so the description was incorrect. Contacted shop and their response was basically "it's almost the same thing". Err, no it isn't. One is suitable for trekking in Australia in the summer, the other isn't.

Avoid.

we acknowledged our error regarding the specification, corrected this on our website, and sent you the comparative specifications of both options (in terms of percentage of UV blocked) for you to decide what to do, all within 1 hour of your initial email (on a Saturday evening). We did NOT advise or imply that they were ‘almost the same’. At no point have you asked about returning it, enquired about the process for doing so (in the case of a mis-described item), or advised us that it did not suit your needs (we were not aware of your required usage as this was an online order). This is a completely unnecessary situation which could easily be resolved (as we have offered to do) but you appear to prefer to leave an adverse review rather than allowing us to rectify matters. Our door remains open should you wish to discuss.
