Ordered flowers for outside planters. Took 17 days to receive them and they are the poorest quality of any flowers I have seen. Would never order from here again

Stay away from this classic scam China site. As others have stated, took our order for flowers, took our payment ($48) on credit card, sent a boilerplate confirmation and promise to ship the the next couple of days and provide a tracking number then disappeared. No response to emails or requests for a tracking number. Then a week later refunded $6.99 of the $48 back to credit card and no communication. Now they had our CC # and remaining monies. Classic! Thank goodness our Amex looked into it and refunded the rest for us. Don't walk, run from this scam!

Do not buy from this company! Ordered from Cozyomoom Jan. 12, 2026. Received a confirmation and then heard nothing. Contacted the Cozyomoon in Feb. when I did not receive order. After several emails back and forth with Cozyomoon, they gave me a tracking number which the post office said was a duplicate number for another order for someone else. I had been scammed! I requested from Cozyomoon a replacement or my money back but never heard back.

I've ordered thru this company twice. The first time to order three dresses. Although all were marked Large in size, they all fitted differently. I would have ordered an Xlarge based on how tight the fitting was. The other order was for artificial flowers low UV. I did not receive my full order. I contacted Support at cozyomoon.com, but no one responded although I tried twice. I included insurance on the order, but if they won't reach out and contact you, how can you have the issue addressed. I will not use Cozyomoon again.

I never received my package, and they said it was because it must be the wrong address. It's not. Now they want me to pay shipping again!! Scripted responses from them. One big SCAM outfit!! Beware

Easy to order

I ordered over 1 month ago. Have not received packages. I would never order from here again. SCAMMER!! They only give general scripted answers but they have already received my money.

I like that it was on Facu, but I could order from your website instead. I don’t like putting my credit card info on Facebook. I also like the price of the cotton linen shirt.
