Went into store after online viewing the sofa. Mark was very helpful and didn’t rush us. No issues. Good communication and he explained everything. Very good selection of furniture in store. Would use again.

We have made a few purchases from Christopher Pratts over the years and have always found their furniture to be of really high quality at reasonable prices. We were supported by Dale at the Leeds store with our recent purchase and he couldn't have been more helpful.

Visited today, was left to Browse until we needed assistance, then we collared David in the furniture dept, he was very helpful and informative and also patient because we had him backwards and forwards at one point, no pressure to buy at all, would definitely go back again!

We were looking for a dining table and chairs and were very pleased to find a good selection to choose from. We were served by Chris who answered our questions showing good knowledge of the products and then he allowed us to wander around to consider what we prefered.

Disaster and waste of time.
I visited C Pratts in Leeds in January.I was approached by Dale Williamson who was knowledgeable about the recliner I wanted.He was able to undercut the best price I had found elsewhere and I duly ordered the Stressless chair at over £2.7k .Almost 3 months elapsed and the chair was delivered.I noticed a scratch on the woodwork and metal frame which i pointed out to the delivery guys.They photographed it and left .I then sat in the chair and there was a loud noise like a bang and the chair tilted to one side and some plastic parts fell out of the chair and there was a tear in the leather.I was subsequently called by customer services who asked if I wanted a replacement.No way I'm going to wait another 3 months.I was asked if it was useable but it is not.I asked if they had another one in any of their branches and no they don't.A total waste of time .They will return my money as you'd expect for inferior products .Huge waste of my time .These chairs are made in Norway but assembled in store.I was surprised to see it arrive without packaging ,apparently they unpack it in the van or so they say.I've now got to wait for it to be picked up and then a further wait for my money. A very disappointing waste of time and certainly no offer of a gesture of goodwill.
Empathy and strong customer service but with no hard sell, really selling to needs
David Tolchard Was excellent turn off listening skills and situation extremely quickly we called him two hours before arriving at the store during that time bed was ready for inspection and the deal set out with a prompt delivery delivery date as we requested.
He is very empathetic and understood our circumstances within our meeting

As we walked into the showroom we noticed the garden furniture on display and immediately fell in love with it.
We caught the attention of one of the assistants to ask more about the product and placed the order.
Lisa Berry, the assistant, was very knowledgeable and we discussed other items available in the showroom.
Shopping for a sofa or two
The member of staff understood what we were looking for and made constructive suggestions. Gave us time and space to discuss our options without pressure

Lisa was super helpful guiding us through the styles and choices available to us. We did purchase the Ercol large sideboard which really fitted our Skandi look brief.
