Cpso and HPARB Basically unreliable, their purpose is to serve doctors, not the public. They don't require doctors to be ethic and standard. And cpso and Natalie Moskowitz,Case Officer, and SIN MING CHIEN, MD lie and give false testimony!

The CPSO approached the pandemic with a "political medicine" mind set. In order to ever proclaim they know best to uphold "do no harm" they would have and should have known the Covid vaccine was not something that could ever possibly stop the spread nor provide any form of protection to others. Maybe the CPSO was lead astray at first but as time went and the evidence was clear the CPSO should have protected patients choice to get the vaccine or not. Why did they go after and continue to persecute any doctor that upheld "choice" to their patients? Why would they put patients at risk by taking thier doctors licenses when we have a shortage of doctors already? The CPSO claims they are there to protect the public when in fact thier decision making actually caused the most harm. This political approach of claiming a doctor committed "professional misconduct" for not pushing this faulty vaccine or for attempting to give an exemption is appalling and not going unnoticed by the public .I had an excellent doctor who did not say one way or the other about thier person belief about the vaccine that was taken from me. CPSO put my health at risk not my doctor. The CPSO should be dismantled for their lack of due diligence and this blatant campaign of coercion . Public trust has been lost.

Corrupted organization that is very lazy to do proper investigation. The result is: CPSO is covering up negligence practiced by doctors, in my case few doctors from St. JOSEPH'S HOSPITAL.

Court and proper prosecution is the only way.

'USELESS ORGANIZATION' is the understatement. DANGEROUS!

My advice: please do register your complain with CPSO, so you can say at trial that you tried to 'friendly' solve doctor-CPSO motion. Going for further Appeal suggested by CPSO is waste of time and energy.

You will have your say and prove facts at COURT only, during trial. CPSO is corrupted, lazy, and careless. And that makes this organization DANGEROUS!

Making your case PUBLIC (news, GoPublic) can attract proper knowledgeable lawyers. Good lawyer can make huge difference during trial and consequently punish doctor for wrong doing, and disclose corruption within CPSO.

I've read reviews here, I doubt Government or Ministry will move finger to help. Only proper PUBLIC PROSECUTION can create enough noise to get proper response and fair resolution!!

"I thought I had found CPSO.on.ca, which is responsible for providing a minimum service of investigating complaints, as advertised on their website. I reported the facts: a young licensed doctor performed a check-up on my mom without any integrity as a medical professional. After speaking with CPSO.on.ca agent Carolyn Cepeland, she informed me that all they could do was put my complaint in a file. If the doctor receives similar complaints again, they will conduct further investigations. I agree with all the 1-star reviews for this organization as it is totally worthless and a joke."

I agree and voice all the one star reviews I thought it was just my case but no all cases are sided with doctors of course because they their dues and their salaries the gov should b looking to reform this mafia since after all WE THE PEOPLE pay for ALL their salaries they cant be using our tax money to hire a mafia. How is it politicaly correct to complain about an employee to the company who hired him and gave him a liscence ???

I wish there was a -100 black star review for the CPSO. I was lied to and coerced to have a procedure that has given me a life long disability, loss of my child and every day I am compelled to negatively remember this dr for ruining my life.
These are the types of drs who should be investigated and their medical licenses revoked. Some drs are only interested in cash rewards and not their patients!!

As a victim of CPSO, I can honestly tell you I've spent most of my adult life without access to health care while living in Ontario. I have multiple diagnosis for severe ADHD going back to the age of 11, along with my sister. It runs in the family on my mother side, who was also diagnosis when she was around 30, for a pretty straight forward genetic disorder. The sad part is that policies created in the last 12 years, by CPSO, to access even the most basic support like tax benefits, medication, care, requires an updated diagnosis not older then 5 years. The problem is CPSO has intentionally corrupted this process. It started about 12 years ago when changes were made to target people with ADHD by trivializing everything and creating overwhelming dead-end obstacles. nowadays, it is unlikely you will be put on the right road from a early age, you really need to know from someone who is diagnosed and knows the problems to get you on a road that is now riddled with potholes, red tape and blockages. Believe it or not, before the changes were made, I had a stable job ( 8 years), amassed about 500K in saving, finished high school and was in my second year of university with a GPA of 3.2. Then my access to medication came to an abrupt end. I tried my best to maintain my work and school, but it simply wasn't possible to function at such a high level anymore. It was a domino effect, first my university grades was cut in half and before I could get access to care, I was disqualified from a highly competitive once in a lifetime opportunity for someone like myself. My Employer was never aware I had ADHD since the medication normalized by life, and I never wanted anyone to know either, it is great being treated with dignity. My employer was also paying for my education partially based on whether I passed the course. When the grades dropped, they offered support the best they could. I told them what was wrong and the struggle I was going through to access to the medical system and that I was on a waitlist longer then a year just to get an updated diagnosis to access the medication that normalized my life. Sadly my employer couldn't wait, within three months, I was dismissed from my position with an excuse that it was because of "general cut backs" and unrelated to my disorder. Obviously they didn't want a human rights complaint. The lack of basic ethics and a high degree of corruption and misconduct going on at CPSO is the cause of limited access to qualified psychiatrists in the province, thus causing artificially prolonged wait times from days to months and then years. What once was an easy process was trivialized into a provocative nightmare designed to upset and demoralize those of us with ADHD to the point we simply have to accept we are just no longer supported by the Ontario Health Care System and adjust our educational goals and careers. Believe me, these are not dumb people, CPSO are made up of highly intelligent people and they know exactly what they did. I know not everyone with ADHD will be as lucky as I was to have access to medical care from a young age, which helped me achieve far more then what would be possible without my medication. The success prior to losing support for ADHD has afforded me access to private healthcare in the USA, and has been the sole reason I was able to easily recover my health and financial damages caused by CPSO negl. Ultimately I had to leave Ontario and move to Florida to access medical care which is not actually available in Ontario anymore. These corrupted people at CPSO will always maintain access to care is better in Canada, but they're lying. Let me tell you factually, if you have money, then in USA health care is amazing and makes Ontario look like the last drop of the bottom of a 40 or just trash in general. If you got money, go to the USA, if you're poor, just get out of Ontario. I'm hoping anyone with ADHD reading this understands the hardship faced in Ontario is unique and really by design just an excuse to provoke you and to create negative documentation in our medical files and stigmatize the disorder further. I have no idea what would drive people at CPSO to purposely create conditions designed to provoke and blacklist people with ADHD from obtaining a family doctor in Ontario, but I imagine it has to do with the cost of the medication and lack of ethics within the organization as a starting point. This is the side effect of having unethical and corrupt people in positions of power. I believe Cancer patients have the same problems accessing medication and just end up dying. What I know however, any doctor that hasn't read my medical file in Ontario treats me with dignity and it isn't hard to form a positive relationship, you can tell almost instantly once they've reviewed your medical file because you are suddenly treated like a lowest part of...

Egregious and malicious. After coming to them to ask for help from an IME doctor who attacked me, yelled and me, I didn't understand what was going on. I was reliving being sexually assaulted all over again. I began to cry during the IME. This was some sort of planned interrogation. It caused me to feel faint and even felt as if I were raped by this Loser IME doctor. I became detached and didn't respond then I had to be strong. I was so upset that to this day I have trauma.
When a filed a complaint. They said I shouldn't be critical of the doctor. That the IME was for "Objective Medical Evidence" and there was " no need to be critical".

A week later I stopped taking medication and found myself at the Laird Bridge prepared to end my life. A good Samaritan helped me get to the hospital.

CPSO are deliberately misleading the public telling them these are "Independant" Medicals. There is nothing Independant about it. It is all coordinated beforehand by the Insurance company and the doctor and CPSO are part of it because they condone this.
You are truly vile human beings for the damage you have caused me personally to relive sexual assault and how you have condoned discrimination and harrassment from a man who is clearly YOUR responsibility and not mine.

They are there for the doctors not the patients. They will not care a thing. They make sure to protect doctors and there will no insurance claims against doctor's practice. This is the most corrupt system from top to bottom.

I think at this point most of us are aware of how poorly the CPSO has handled this pandemic. The promotion of "political medicine" has become egregious and is wildly disappointing. I have a child with a documented oral fixation, with an assessment done in my doctor's office back in 2016. This child has been eating his masks for the past year (full holes chewed in them). We cannot "train this out of him", and we really tried. Finally seeking help from my doctor, we were refused a medical mask exemption... why? Because the formal stance of the CPSO is that my doctor cannot promote any stance that would be considered "anti-mask". I am furious, as clearly this has nothing to do with the health and wellness of my child, and has everything to do with politics within the CPSO and their violation of the patient-doctor relationship. The receptionist at my doctor's office told me they have not given out a single medical mask exemption throughout the entire pandemic. Either I just have a really bad doctor, or they've been given very clear directives. CPSO, you are NOT invited to my medical appointments - thanks.

I tried to get the CPSO to investigate. The dr's told them i dehisced and it is a known side effect of csection. I did not dehisce. I felt my internal stitches pop. For two days they didnt believe me even though i started bleeding. A resident took out my staples in my patient room while me and another pt screamed stop. My bowels were hanging outside of me. In court the drs claimes they cant be responsible bc what happened is so rare. How can the #CPSO not get to the bottom if an obvious lie

They condone sexual harassment by Doctor's. You have to go through the police and get a conviction in court. They have little regard for how much suffering they caused me. I was suicidal. A day didn't pass that I didn't think of killing myself. They provided me no resources and basically punished me through lack of action. lack of regard for the victims. Instead insisted that I communicate with the Doctor who harassed me. Tried to make it look like a misunderstanding. I can't help but think if I went through the Police how they would of changed the investigation. What kind of people do that? No sense of obligation or morality. Yet we're highly critical of me and made unwelcome and unwarranted remarks about me.
Do not trust these people.

Malicious and mean. Hung up the phone on me. I had clinical depression. I filed a complaint about a IME doctor who harassed me and made unwelcome remarks about me, called me a "fa***ot" "sh** disturber"and "whistleblower" and wrote a slandering and inaccurate report about me. According to him "medication wasn't working because of my disorder" Then denied I had a disability to the employer. Which is it you stupid man? No disability or No disorder? A disorder is often a disability you stupid people. Then this cowardly man sent a barrage of emails to my employer stating that "This man is Paranoid" and not to be listened to. A very convenient diagnosis for him. Gets him off the hook. The CPSO read the malicious emails from this man and concluded nothing.

I cannot explain what I have been through. The suffering, loneliness and how I have been distanced at work by my colleagues as a result of all of this. CPSO provided little satisfaction and instead punished me for coming forward by condoning the sexual harassment.
It has caused me so much trouble in my life, my personal relationships to be taken advantage of like this. First by this inept, mean and slandering doctor. I have never been verbally assaulted by a doctor in my life. This man didn't even have the courage to admit it. However I did have his emails to me and because of that they did investigate the "shitdistuber" comment because the evidence was in their lap. The doctor denied everything. He was so full of himself he forgot he wrote the comment down. His employer, Sibley and Associates did nothing but continue to make harassing remarks about my mental state. I also kept those messages as proof.
Another item I cannot forget is how the CPSO encouraged a dialogue between myself and the harasser and sexual harasser. That is inexcusable. Forced me to have dialogue with a sexual harasser. Again I had to get into a discourse with this man who continued to write malicious things to me back and forth. It caused me to relive childhood trauma and I stopped taking medication and subsequently went to the hospital as a result.
They let this stupid man go off and babble about me to protect his ego and then kept the dialogue on record.
I lost my family, my career and distanced from my children who were 4 and 2 years old at the time.
The IME doctor denied I had a disability and sent this malicious report to my employer. Surprisingly the employer didn't "rely on the report" unlike the CPSO who stated it basically, "served its purpose and was" "objective in nature" and went on to define what exactly an IME medical is and its purpose to provide "Objective Medical evidence" in a court. Calling someone a "fa**ot, "whistle-blower" and "sh** disturber" then denying I had a medical condition that is ironically defined as a disability by the Canadian Government is "objective medical evidence" according to them.
They said the report was final and that I was disrespectful because I disagreed. That's how they punish you for coming forward. Diminish your complaint by stating you are disrespectful and then closing the file. Then likely keeping tabs as "problem" and diminishing any complaint you have in the future.
Thanks for the support with clinical depression and condoning how I was treated by a malicious and incompetent doctor who simply didn't have the proclivity or aptitude to examine me appropriately or with professionalism. With clinical depression, I took the matter to the health professionals review board and then to the grievance settlement board. This piece of slandering garbage had a lawyer represent him (free of charge from CPSO and CMA) and me without a lawyer and with Clinical depression. By myself. CPSO you did nothing but aggravate my condition and prolong my suffering where I felt like committing suicide in the darkest days. How much I suffered having lost everything without a even a shred of support from these people. Zero rating for you people. You treated me as I were someone with leprosy just as the IME doctor and Sibley and Associates did. These people have a pretty good idea of what they did to me.
You are discriminating against people who have little recourse but to come to you for help and you know this and take advantage.
I know next time to go to the police first. I will consult with the police to see if there is any statue of limitations on this matter. This what i should of done in the first place.

I was abused by a pediatrician when I was younger. I reported him and they gave him time to retire gracefully, after my complaint. He then published a medical article all about how compassionate he was during his career. I clearly stated in my letter that he joined in on my abuse and somehow they, in their response claimed he offered me a psychiatrist and did everything right. At no point was I ever ever referred to a psychiatric or any third party help. I was shocked when I read their version of my story. I feel traumatized all over again. I relived my trauma all over again, just to be reminded that justice doesn't exist. I don't understand how a group of rational adults came to side with a predator. I'm still shaken by the decision, not sure how to process this.

Should be zero 2 complaints both dismissed. They protect doctors and don’t care about the patient. One involved a sexual assault years ago. There are multiple comply against this md and he got a 3 month suspension. Second complaint many years later I nearly died and it’s all my fault. She purposely delayed my care because discrimination. I no longer have trust in the medical system and I’m avoiding care now. I have proof of medical neglect stonewalling and gate keeping a second opinion. Thank you for failing me twice.

Deserve zero stars. The CPSO has taken away the public's right to make informed decisions. My psychiatrist fell asleep on me many times starting a chain of events ending in my serious suicide attempt. My psychiatrist admitted to falling asleep but the CPSO clearly feels this is not the public's business. They couldn't be more wrong. They perpetuate the stigmas we try to fight just to shut people down. They are corrupt. It is a conflict of interest to have patients/clients going to the CPSO with complaints. They protect their own and no one can stop them. Absolute juggernauts.

I made a complaint to the CPSO. I found that they did a thorough investigation. I found the investigators to be tactful when communication with me. I got results. They determined that the doctor did not make an adequate assessment of patient and requested further education and a caution in person. This is now all in the public registry. So before assuming that very little might be done, please take the time to make a complaint. They typically go back to the medical records that the doctor kept. While it is very likely that doctors could amend their records to cover themselves, the CPSO would hear your side and judge who is more believable.

I have been dealing with this place for about a year now since they couldn’t do anything else for my situation and forced me to go to the police. This is all because I had to put in a complaint about a doctor who assaulted me. I received funding from this establishment as well to cover my costs of therapy which I need for the rest of my life (it wasn’t enough) for the circumstances of the situation. Not once could they tell me the truth about where this money was coming from and how it was calculated. I need to know that information and it was hard to find online...With the reiumbursements they are still mailing checks and paperwork which delays processing. Canada Post keeps going on strike every day...This process needs to be upgraded to today’s times (examples: Email, E-Transfer, Fax). It’s common sense. They should provide this funding because I deserve to have it, especially after the CPSO let a doctor who should have never had his license in the first place hurt me. This could have all been prevented had they made sure that this doctor was fit to practice. I actually want to sue (I know, good luck with that right?). I have lost faith in this organization and all doctors.

When it comes to the staff members, I just honestly cannot stand them at all! They are so unprofessional. They claim to be helping me and being supportive, but all I have is a headache and stress from them. I even had complaints about the lead investigator of my case and how rude she has been to me on multiple occasions. YOU CAN’T COMPLAIN ABOUT EMPLOYEES. Must be nice to sit around and not even be reprimanded for their actions if someone were to file a complaint. I believe that with this attitude that this is also why doctors keep abusing and hurting people because they don’t care about the safety of the public and the people these doctors hurt. If they cared, they would be monitoring doctors at least on an annual basis. The doctors are getting away easily with this conduct too because most have their own practices and no one to report to. They need to start doing something to prevent this from happening. When you tell them your story (which I am constantly being revictictimized) they have zero respect for victims of crimes. Members of the CPSO inflicting pain on vulnerable patients and getting away with it. This poorly run regulatory body that just keeps doctors licensed when they shouldn’t be. Other regulatory bodies care and would revoke a license immediately.. Of course, the CPSO gives money out so they can cover their asses from getting sued. It’s all about them trying to make themselves look like they care but they don’t. They don’t even have supervisors to report to. Since when do people work and not have anyone taking a look at their work and making sure they are doing what they are supposed to do? Then, I was told I needed to fax a letter to the registrar and do you think that Dr. Nancy Whitmore could have had the nerve to contact me directly about my concerns? I am trying to complain about an entire department here. She doesn’t do anything at all. I wonder how much these people get paid annually too..Who the hell is she anyway? They said my problem was resolved and it’s not resolved! The managers could care less about your problems (Craig...) Apparently, their President doesn’t do anything either. You can’t contact him directly, or even counsel members directly. What kind of organization is this?

Update: Dr. Nancy Whitmore is deliberately ignoring me, and the college keeps redirecting me to the manager Craig Roxborough. Amanda her secretary is refusing to give my messages too. You can’t complain elsewhere. Such corruption! Clearly, I am being discriminated against since I have mental health conditions, and was a victim of a serious crime which is before the courts right now... Wait til they try to contact me for anything, I will ignore them right back and they can see how it feels! I can’t wait for my funding to run out, which obviously is very soon because you receive $16,000 for 200 sessions of therapy...I need way more than that! Even better my Google Review keeps on getting removed!
