I sent my golf clubs to crafted golf for a refurbishment. He Quoted 7-10 days and took 7 weeks. Even taking into account Xmas, this is not acceptable particularly when emails are not replied to and there’s no phone number to call plus little proactive communication. 9 clubs sent, only 8 were refurbished yet tried to take cost for all 9 (Refunded when brought to his attention). The finish when returned is (in my opinion) mediocre at best. The grooves are full of the coating so backspin will be reduced considerably plus paint in the numbers is only part filled. In my opinion, don’t refurbish with this guy, put the cost towards a new set.
