First time attempt.. bad experience
I tried them for the first time in spite of the negative reviews that were available. Firstly, the product I received was completely different from what I ordered. I placed. Return hence, the return process is also not smooth. I asked for a pick up on a day and even called up the cmr care for checking. Next min I got a msg that I was not contactable and hence no pick up. I am waiting for it now.. and 7 day return policy is not friendly especially when the the courier team is non supportive.

You don't get what You see
It was my first order on Craftsvilla. I have ordered Blue dress and have received Pink Dress and that also completely different not with same design as well.
I understand their will be slight difference in the colour and design but Pink and blue has vast difference. It's highly unprofessional.
I am also not happy with return policy as these guys will give me Rs. 100 voucher for their mistake. But my courier charges are Rs. 200 and after this experience I will never order anything from Craftsvilla for sure so that voucher is no use for me.
Overall, poor service, I have lost Rs. 200, Time and energy waste on courier and mailing. Also need to wait for 15 days to get my money.

great price and great designs but poor cloth quality
i think the store offers all good designs at reasonable prices. sarees from 100 INR sounds cheap but designs are fantastic. however, the quality is so poor that the final piece at your doorstep doesnt look as attractive as shown in the pic. georgette or silk sarees below 500 INR got so cheap quality material.
i am looking forward to see more of saree gowns here.
