Unable to contact customer services
I ordered a twin pack of trousers in May one pair arrived the order info said 1 pair was missing I have tried to contact using the email given many many times with no response. The phone number doesn’t connect . Contacting services is impossible. Clothes are great but will never use Craghoppers to order again as out of pocket financially.

Absolute joke. My order has not been delivered, after two weeks. I've emailed three times, not a single response, and now these clowns won't give me my money back.
Go elsewhere, you will be better off.

Shipping address problem
All fine except for a difficulty in establishing a shipping address. It took several goes before my address was accepted as a bona fide address for delivery.

The cropped trousers aren’t as ‘neat fitting’ around the calf as the photos suggest. I obviously have skinnier legs than the models. Maybe specifying the width at the leg ends might help?
