Took the stress out of moving! Craig and his team moved all my furniture from a second floor flat ( with no lift!! ) into storage. Very professional. Very friendly. Very quick and efficient. No need for me to hang around at the other end. Brilliant. Could not have done it without them and won’t hesitate to use them to move everything out of storage when the time comes. Thanks guys. Really appreciate what you’ve done!!! Worth your weight in gold!!

Absolutely Brilliant from first contact to last. Used Craig and his team to move my elderly in-laws across the County. Due to their age we took advantage of the packing service, after 53 years in the same house in-laws had lots of stuff. Craig and Jody were marvellous treating every item like it was delicate china, all wrapped in paper and packed carefully. 24 hours before the move an unforeseen problem, as in a 10 day delay occurred, Craig took it in his stride making alternative arrangements etc. Then again when the delay was reduced to 5 days. The whole team unloaded the vans so meticulously and quickly and showed great respect for my in-laws. Can't thank them enough for lightening our load. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend. 1st class service, old fashioned courtesy with a very reasonable price, what's not to like?

Great team, hard working and friendly.
Our new home was not the easiest to move into - rural area, multiple floors, sets of uneven steps and narrow doorways - but the team were a pleasure to deal with, and moved us in 4 trips.
Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them, and would definitely use their services again in the future.

From the Initial quotation to then booking move with Jodie the process was efficient and timely. The two removal lads came on time worked tirelessly all day but still with due care and attention to the furniture they were moving .I would highly recommend their services

I've used them twice about a year apart. The first they slot me in literally the next day, which was absolutely excellent and the second time I was more prepared and could give a few weeks notice and they had a slot for me. Competitively priced, no dramas and nothing broken either time. I'd recommend these guys to anyone.

Random ask at a storage place a few year back and you squeezed me in last min. Service was excellent. Definitely reccomend and would use you again 😁👍🏻

Fantastic Service.
Moved a sofa from Nelson to my property in Burnley with due care. The weather was inclement but they covered the sofa fully which was dissembled and reassembled in three parts.
Two men on a bank holiday at a reasonable price and careful, would highly recommend and use again! Thank you Craig.

Craig and the team did a fantastic job on our long distance move. They arrived a few minutes early and had everything loaded in under an hour and a half. Unloaded at the other end just as quickly.
The team were all very friendly, helpful and hard working. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Craig and his team started off very well, and seemed to pack up things very efficiently. After that, it went downhill. They tried to cram as much as possible into the vans, which is how things get damaged. For example, he placed my petrol lawnmower on top of my brand new (and expensive) BBQ. Furniture was just dumped into the the dining room and stacked up.
I spoke to one of the removal men who was moving a cabinet into the new house. They had just damaged this in front of me by scratching it. He shrugged his shoulders as if to say “what can I do?”.
I emailed Craig and, to this day, he hasn’t bothered to reply. Craig had also under-estimated how much stuff I had. On the last trip he left his men to complete the work as he'd run out of time as he had to sort out child care! Some of the rush is understandable as I didn’t get the keys when I thought I would do, but this only delayed us by 70 mins.
Would I recommend him? No. If he can’t be bothered to come back to me when I say something has been damaged I feel this says a lot about the company. Craig I don’t lie and only 3 extra things that didn’t sell in time came. You weren’t at the house when then men dropped the stuff off! If you want pictures I have them. Also why you think it’s ok not to reply to your customers and ignore them?? I don’t think so.

Shocking response by you accusing me lying. You damaged my cabinet and you weren’t interested and couldn’t be bothered to reply.

Just excellent. We were treated to professional and friendly service lead by Craig and his family team.very punctual and works hard and pleasant to deal and chat.
