I had a problem using the website, I used their contact facility and got very quick, excellent customer service. My order went through and was delivered really quickly. My item arrived and I'm really pleased with it.

Service second to none.
I have purchased outdoor clothing from Craigdon Mountain Sports Inverurie many times. The staff are very customer focused and the service is excellent.
I recently experienced the after sales service and have no hesitation in recommending them very highly.

Nice shop but virtually nothing made in Britain
Good service and nice shop. Pity that the stock is almost overwhelmingly made in China. Would be nice if the buyers would wake up and put some British made goods on the shelves.

Excellent Service! (Again!)
Have ordered a few times from Craigdon and the service has always been excellent. They offer great products, very competitively price and always deliver promptly. My last order was for some Mountain Equipment waterproof trousers which arrived as usual in a couple of days, however the stuff sack was not included. Contacted Craigdon and Fiona was very efficient in contacting Mountain Equipment and getting them to post the missing stuff sack to me direct. All sorted! Would highly recommend these guys!

Excellent prices and reliable service
Ordered twice recently from this company and am very happy with their service and prices. Excellent communication by email confirming order and dispatch. One of the items I had to return was processed immediately on receipt and refunded with good communications each step. This is a new company on the list of my usual online outdoor gear suppliers and will not hesitate to order from them in the future.
