Check the item is in stock before you order from them! Huge delays
Ordered a Welder 22nd April 2025, stated it was In Stock and delivery would be 2-3 working days. 2 weeks went by and no delivery and no update. Emailed to follow up to be told there is a delay in a shipment coming in which can be understandable but do not promise 2-3 days delivery and say it's in stock when it it clearly not. Fast forward another 2 weeks, still nothing and told the same thing again. Cancelled order and requested a refund and no apology for the mix up. Ordered from another site and had fast delivery with no problems. Don't order from them if you are in a hurry for your item. Very poor service to not update customers that they don't have item in stock and that there will be along delay.
Check with them if the item is in stock before you order!

They seem to have no idea what they have in stock and are happy to take orders. I ordered a capacitor for my powerwasher and contacted customer service for confirmation that the part was in stock and was told it was since Id received an email saying the part was not available only after I ordered it. A week and a half passed with no delivery so contacted them again and this time I was told the part was out of stock indefinitely. Now how can they take orders and money for parts they dont seem to have or get??? No apology for wasting my time or giving misinformation but am supposed to be getting a refund. Will not be using this website again. A lot better service elsewhere.

Unfortunately, we’ve been experiencing ongoing stock delays from Karcher that are outside of our control. While the part you ordered was initially not affected by these delays, it unfortunately became impacted shortly after your order was placed. We completely understand how disappointing it is to be told a part is available, only to find out later that it's not.
We’re also sorry for the confusion caused by the mixed messages and for any time you feel was wasted. That’s certainly not the level of service we aim to provide.
