Reliable Mopar Parts lists its business address as 5900 Highway 71 S, Fort Smith, Arkansas 72908. That is the same address as Crain Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Fort Smith. This is not simply a random Mopar website with no apparent connection to this location.
My transaction was with Reliable Mopar Parts. I paid for a Mopar part and paid additional money for Extend shipping protection. The part never arrived. Instead of refunding my original payment, I was told their “only option” was an Extend virtual card requiring me to make another online purchase.
I challenged that position and escalated the matter to management. I also contacted management associated with the dealership operation so they were aware of what was happening. I still received no satisfactory resolution.
In my opinion, this entire experience feels like a con. I paid for merchandise, paid extra to protect the shipment, received no merchandise, and was then pushed toward restricted virtual credit instead of having my original payment returned.
