Blue Cloud Bedskirt Don’t Bother!

I spent $98 + tax AND shipping of almost $20 for the King Blue Willow Blue Cloud Bedskirt. It arrived and was the thinnest, flimsiest material. It hung short and if I pulled it taut it would likely tear! Do not bother!! Horrible quality! I recommend using Mattelasse bedskirts the drape is wonderful and you can find them on The Company Store.

BIG WASTE

Spent $578 on 2 twin bedding sets. Not even free shipping (yes we’re in 2025 and that matters). 1 set came bleached/used! Contacted customer service IMMEDIATELY. Instead of just fixing the issue, blamed me and then stopped responding. They only wrote back once I disputed the charge with my credit card company. Cute designs but quality is very whatever. I would’ve been fine with just sending me a new set but the service and quality just does not meet the price and hassle. Do NOT recommend

Crane and Canopy has gone downhill...I…

Crane and Canopy has gone downhill...I just purchased my 5th duvet cover (the first 4 were ordered prior to the company being sold in 2020), the quality had always been superb. This time not so much. I was sent a duvet cover with a hole in it. The fabric is thin and cheap. What a disappointment. I've tried contacting the company 4 different times, with only a response of tell us "what went wrong" after I did so, I got no response. Sadly, I will not recommend them to anyone or purchase from them again.

Defective product, no customer service

I had ordered duvet covers from this company a few years ago and was pleased with both the product and the customer service.
I ordered again in 2025 and neither was up to par. The first time I used it one of the corner ties snapped off. I emailed customer service and had no response.
The second time I used it, another tie snapped off. Again, no response from my second customer service email.
I called during their stated business hours and an automated voice said no customer service agent was available. I left a message but have no hope I will hear back.

ABSOLUTELY AWFUL

Generally speaking, I vet new companies prior to purchasing, but I had seen C&C online so often in the luxury category that I skipped that. If only I had read the reviews BEFORE purchasing! Horrible company policy. I have bought luxury linens for years
- THIS IS NOT LUXURY. THIS IS CHEAP GOODS.....a wrinkled mess that has to be ironed, thin enough to practically read a newspaper through, scratchy, terrible eleastic....I mean, WOW. Basically EVERY ASPECT of the sheets are 180⁰ opposite of what luxury sheets are. I completely understand why they are NOT a BBB approved company - they would never meet the standards. Of COURSE you are going to wash sheets before putting them on your bed! But once you do, and realize what a horrible product they are, you are unable to return bc they've been washed. UNREAL. My own business is in fabric and you have to stand behind the quality of your product - if I didn't accept returns for dissatisfaction at times, I wouldn't HAVE a business. My customer is important to me. Crane & Canopy DOES NOT. It's simple: DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Quite honestly, the 600ct sheets at Costco are amazingly luxurious (shockingly). It is frankly worth customizing my own color borders to that sheet set rather than spending $400-600 on worthless cheap THIN goods from this company....particularly as customer satisfaction is of ZERO concern to them. I will be sharing this review on all social media as well, not out of vindictiveness, but to hopefully prevent my friends from making a similar mistake and losing their money and feeling the way I feel now.

Poor follow through

I have enjoyed the duvet covers and pillow shams that i purchased from Carne and Company (4 duvet covers and 8 shames). The problem has been in washing the shams, the zipper is very thin plastic and separated after a gentle wash and air dry. I called and emailed the company and they do not respond. As a business owner myself, this is intolerable and poor business. It leaves a bad taste in my mouth, a firm conviction not to purchase thru them again, and negative word of mouth.

Don't Waste Your Money!

I spent about $1200 on my bedding only to realize the duvet would not even cover the sides of my mattress. This is NOT LUXURY BEDDING! The bedskirt does not have slits for bed rails so it looks horrible. I have been extremely disappointed! The fact you cannot do a review on the website should have been a clue! What a waste of money!

A Disappointing Experience

I have ordered monogrammed towels from this company and was so pleased. So, I placed another order. This time the monogram was so thin that I could see the towel through it. It was a gift and I was embarrassed to give it. When I spoke to customer service, they would only refund the monogramming cost, but the order was over $200. I am very disappointed because I hoped to enjoy more of their products.

I ordered a Comforter/Monogrammed Shams

I ordered a Comforter, they sent me Duvet, charged me $40 for shipping yet they advertise free shipping for orders over a certain amount which I qualified for..

They said that they would replace one item so I sent back the Duvet and they never sent me my Comforter.

The colors they advertise were not the same as the color they sent and it was the only blue you could choose from. The Sham did not match the blue they sent and it was monogrammed and they said I could not return because it was monogrammed. I am now having to file a dispute with my credit card. They told them they refunded my credit card but there was no refund on my credit card.

The customer service is horrible and I really splurged on this bedding. Buyer beware !!

I wish I would have read these reviews…

I wish I would have read these reviews before I ordered. The fact that their website doesn't have reviews should have been a clue. I ordered nearly $1000 worth of bedding for my master bedroom. The duvet wrinkled so bad after washing that I had to iron it and it didn't help much. The pillowcases shrunk so much after washing that they barely fit my pillows. The sheets and pillowcases come out so wrinkled and ironing doesn't help. After the second washing, I gave the whole set to the Salvation Army. I hope they will forgive me.

Great comforter and customer sercice

After reading about this company in the Good Housekeeping's Sleep awards, I purchased the ULTIMATE DOWN ALTERNATIVE COMFORTER - ALL YEAR, from them. I live in Ohio and this comforter was super soft and cozy during the winter months. It kept me comfortable in the spring too. I am very happy with all the questions that customer service answered and the prompt delivery time.

Bought a comforter which turns out to be an overpriced junk. Inside polyester came out . This can cause serious damage to lung and cause Interstitial lung disease .We cannot write review in this Scam companys website which is not a surprise .Huh

Terrible return policy

Terrible return policy. They tell you free shipping and returns.
When I returned the purchase I made because of the color not working, I was charged $30.
How is that free shipping and returns?
I will not purchase from them again.
I forgot I purchased a couple of shams a few years ago.
They have faded badly.
Not at all worth what they charge.
I feel like their shipping and return policy is a lie!

I would give a zero if possible

I would give a zero if possible! I will never buy from this company again as they do not care about their customers. I spent over $750 on duvet & sheets. I washed the sheets before putting on my bed the first time, and they looked like rags when washed! I returned them, they said they could not refund me because they’re used! They looked so bad, I never put them on my bed! Even the duvet I had dry clean looks bad…all products I purchased are a wrinkled mess! Waste of a lot if money! I wish I’d read these reviews prior to my order.

They don’t call back. I purchased bedding. My daughter purchased bedding and it pilled. We emailed, we called, we texted. Nothing. She threw her bedding out. Do not buy from them.

Horrible customer service and return…

Horrible customer service and return policy! I will never buy from them again. A lot of money spent! I ordered Euro king shams for my new home. Didn’t realize until I moved in and opened the box that I they were too big. I immediately ordered the smaller size and they came within a couple days, but getting a return, or a return consideration, because of the move was impossible. I wrote them twice and never got a response.

Terrible merchandise and return policy

I purchased a set of white Scalloped edge sheets. The shipping was $30 which is quite expensive.
The sheets feel like sandpaper, washed terribly. Wrinkled. Ironing didn’t really help. Terrible return policy. They don’t except returns if they have been washed. They change a 70% restocking fee, if you want to return unopened merchandise.
Awful all the way around!

Low Quality Bedding and Poor Customer Service

I purchased a king-size duvet and matching pillow shams on 9/21/2021. I was excited to try the Nova duvet because of the zippered opening and the Blue Laguna print was really beautiful.
After using the duvet for only a month, I noticed that the fabric was not holding up well:
1) The duvet cover was pilling in several areas, and 2) there appeared to be some worn areas of the fabric in several different places on the duvet. There were clearly torn threads and fraying.
After spending $340 on a duvet and pillowcases, you expect to receive quality bedding.

In addition, I reached out to their customer service department on at least 4 separate occasions before someone finally responded and put me in touch with the correct person.
I sent them several photos of the wear shown on the duvet by email.
Their solution? They told me that because the duvet had been used, I could not return it for a refund but rather, I would be able to get a replacement duvet for a $35 fee.
Would I purchase from them again? No.
Crane & Canopy have shown that they do not care about their customers, nor do they care about producing a quality product.

They are dishonest and refuse to stand behind product.

I bought grey bath towels on this site. My husband used a hand towel and I used a bath towel after a shower and the towel turned orange in the middle. I wrote to company. They told me I must have used bleach and that is why they turned orange. We use tone soap. Who washes themselves with bleach? I use natural products to clean. If I truely used toxic products to clean my shower, then the ends of the towel would have turned orange and not the middle. They have no common sense. It was like explaining something to a 5 year old. I fought with them for a month. I wanted to exchange for white towels since I could not get money back. I had bought 8. they refused to send me white towels until I bought 2 more towels at $36 a piece. I refused, told them to send me 6 then and they would not send me replacement towels because I would not give them any more money. Then they refused to answer my emails. They did not have a phone number to call. I went to review on google and they have that their buisness is closed! Not true! they are a horrible company. Stay away!! I lost a lot of money and gave them to an animal shelter.
