Had a problem with one of the extension…
Had a problem with one of the extension poles (Dented). Took a trip to Scunthorpe where Joe exchanged it without any quibble. Having been relatively new to Metal Detecting I gave the customer service from joe 5 stars the only negative I can give is the lack of instructions so having to go onto You tube for comprehensive tutorials to fully understand the capabilities of the machine. On a positive note I`m pleased i chose the x terra pro.
