There is a lot to say about this company compared to others. I gave it 5 stars out of 5 because the product was impeccable and was extremely well packed for shipping! My item had to come al the way from the UK and had a long way to go. with every action I received an email with details on the actions of shipping at that current moment and where it was and time...I was really surprised about the quality of everything! Shipping war really fast. This is an amazing company and for me the first time working with them and I started checking for more!! Forget ebay, Amazon....CrazyAboutMagazine is the place to be!! Thanks a million to all who worked on this!!!

Was very impressed by the prompt delivery and the time and effort Crazy About Magazines put into the individual packaging of each magazine. I have ordered from CAM before and will continue to do so in the future. I am also very impressed by CAM's vast and varied inventory of all magazines specifically fashion magazines. My only regret is that I did not check CM's website sooner when they had closed for renovations.

My one experience with CrazyAboutMagazines (late March-early April 2024) was pleasant and hassle-free: A purchase order for three magazines, which were quickly dispatched and arrived in great condition. The packaging was excellent, using ColomPac sturdy cardboard envelopes, with the magazines inside also enclosed in protective plastic, to mitigate against the risk of possible rain damage in transit. CrazyAboutMagazines was reassuringly communicative throughout the process — confirming the initial order, acknowledging my accompanying note about packaging, and providing helpful updates regarding the dispatch and estimated arrival time. Very happy with my purchase and, at least based on this single transaction for three magazines, would recommend the services of the business.

amazing company! Only business that had the vogue issue I was looking for a the customer service was second to none! I requested for a note to be sent with the magazine saying happy birthday and the lovely lady purchased a birthday card for me and put it in the parcel! So rare nowadays to interact with a business who does these small touches and it goes such a long way. Would 100% recommend, will go out of my way to use this company!

Fabulous service from a very organised and professional outfit. I was impressed by their willingness to negotiate on price (bear that in mind if you visit the website). The magazine I purchased was in superb condition (it is almost 45 years old!) and packed to perfection, ensuring it arrived with me in tip-top condition.

My one major gripe about the team is that their item pricing is on the ridiculously high side PLUS they add top-rate postage on top. Even after the discount I was given for my item it still cost me just over £12.00 with shipping. I was happy to pay it - this time - as the magazine I bought completed my collection, but I would caution against trying to build a collection unless you have a lot of money to spend doing so.

So why have I given CrazyAboutMagazines 5-Stars? Simply because, in spite of my gripes, they are VERY good at what they do and, really, that's all you can ask for :-)

I was so pleased to find a copy of an old newspaper magazine from 1971 that had an article about my late father in it. The website was easy to use and buy from. The magazine arrived well packaged and protected. The postal options are great and I paid for special delivery which arrived before 1pm the next day. I was so thrilled to get the magazine. I was delighted to find the back issue of a magazine that I haven’t been able to find anywhere else. It was packaged carefully, posted out to me promptly, and the magazine was in excellent condition (it’s nearly 40 years old!). The seller was communicative and supportive. Been searching for this Lookin magazine for so long I never thought I'd find it, the seller very kindly packed in polythene bag and sturdy packaging and I was stunned to find it was in Brand New condition from 1988 if you are a Magazine Collector I highly recommend you try this shop and the Seller they are as professional as it gets in magazine collecting

I have sent more than one mail requesting information about certain magazines, and I've requested price quotes on numerous occasions. The proprietor unfortunately refuses to give me a reply to my questions. However, should I place and order tonight as I've done several times in the past, she will not waste time with my payment or order confirmation. In short, if you know the title you want and the magazine is in stock, you'll probably have no problem. But should you pose a legitimate question, one that isn't frequently asked apparently, then she really can't be bothered to answer or assist you.

Update:

a) I know what it's like to care for a terminally ill parent, so I am therefore sorry for both you and your mother. But I also had to run a business and I never dared speak to any of our customers, like you're doing to me. After all, people are not psychic, you know?

b) You want to know what a clear message would be that you're closed? Take your site offline. And if you didn't want to be confronted with e-mails and requests from impatient and frustrated (ex-)customers, you could have placed the same message that you've now posted online into an auto-reply. Or you could have mentioned that you were not only closed for business, but that all e-mails from customers wouldn't be answered. I'm sorry, but who keeps a site online for 5 years, without doing any business?

c) You feel my comments are unfair? Then you should have removed the Trustpilot option from your website. You were still online, remember?

d) I think it's lovely that you're fond of nostalgia, and that you feel the need to mention that you once ran a successfull business. But hopefully you also understand, that most customers are only interested in here and now? After all, Great Britain was also a functioning, fully fledged democracy and EU member state once, that was run by smart career politicians. And now look at it! Yours is definitely an island mentality; only looking inward and oblivious to what's going on in the rest of the world. You can't even ship to the EU due to high costs and red tape. Strange thing is though, that colleagues of yours are shipping to "the continent" at (very) reasonable prices. But of course, you are special.

Ordered a 1986 magazine, which was very well packaged and arrived promptly by Recorded Delivery. Magazine was in excellent condition, and I received regular emails confirming the status of my order. Very impressed and would certainly use again.
