Hurricane? Not really much of an obsticle for these people.

I placed an order the night before Hurricane Rita hit Naples, FL which is where Creamright is located. They kept me informed about the obvious delay in shipping. Once they got internet and electricity back up and running my order was shipped immediately and arrived here in Virginia in 2 days. Very nice and efficient crew down there. Great and cheerful service even under very difficult circumstances. Count me as being quite impressed.

Tried to find parts for an old cream …

Tried to find parts for an old cream whipper by ISI. Creamright came up, easy to find parts section on their website. Did not see what I needed; called and talked to a real person, he was knowledgeable and did not try to push a product. I did my research and came back to the website where I ordered a new cream whipper by ISI. It was easy to do, the website was clear and the items shipped promptly despite the whole state being under hurricane warnings. Have already used my new whipper and it is even better than the old one. Am very happy. And, best of all, the prices were good. Thank you.

Great customer service

Great customer service. Needed a part for my whip cream canister. They responded with email promptly and provided instructions on exactly what they needed to insure the right part was ordered. Fast delivery and reasonable charges.
