I have a problem with shipping costs. A small tip is shipped ina large envelope. Talking to the post office it would cost 1/2 as much in a smaller envelope.

I bought my wife a iSi cream dispenser at least 25 years ago. It gets noticed and remembered every time she takes it out for holidays, picnics, and parties. So this year we bought Mosa cream dispensers for everyone for Christmas presents. Now they can impress their friends too. We haven't had any problems with ours in all this time. Hopefully these new ones will be durable as well. The order process and delivery was seamless.

Very fast shipping, item arrived in good condition, no problems. Website is easy to use and navigate. On Christmas day the isi cream dispenser made mounds of fluffy whipped cream easily. The dispenser is very easy to use so far and seems well made. The description says it has just the tulip shaped tip but it actually came with two tips, the usual straight tip and the tulip tip.

I've only used one cartridge and it worked fine. Paperboard packaging is too flimsy for product; mine arrived with product packaging broken open, but contained within outer cardboard box. Cartridges did not appear damaged.

They're great chargers. Great product. However, it took over 2 weeks for y'all to ship my order after I had payed. A little more punctuality or more frequent updates about when they get shipped would be much appreciated in the future.

Package arrived a day early, only complaint is that a couple of the case boxes were ripped. Besides that it's an A++ product!

Outstanding customer service. The product I ordered was temporarily out of stock and they contacted me to offer a different product in it's place (which was a higher price than my order), a refund or to wait. I wasn't in a rush so I waited and it came in stock exactly when they said and shipped quickly. My pastry chef has a preference for UltraPure and the prices here are a little better than what I can get locally for the quantity we typically need. I'll continue to use them.

Ordering shipping were perfect. The packaging however was all banged up and taped back together. It did make lovely whipped cream :-)

Fast and cheap shipping and great service

Creamright was very quick to process the order. The item was out of stock so they offered to cancel the order or switch me to a different product which they could send right away at no additional cost (the replacement product was more expensive than what I ordered). I opted for the replacement. It arrived quickly in good packaging. Very happy with the experience
