I have two websites with Create - one for my online business and one for a charity I support. There is a wide variety of templates to choose from, which means you can make a wonderful and individual website. Building the site is intuitive, even for people, like me, who are not particularly technically-minded. If you do get stuck, the support is excellent, with UK-based customer service. My account manager gets back to me quickly when I send in queries, and uses language I can understand (ie plain English). Alongside human support, there is a wide range of help guides, which offer step by step instructions on how to complete an action. There is also an amazing online community on Facebook, with supportive customers of Create, who are happy to share their experiences and offer advice.

I have been with Create a number of years and have two websites with them now. I cannot recommend them enough, for me the best thing is the support I receive from my account managers, Adam & Ian. The support is fast and they explain things so well even I understand it! Honestly it was the best thing for my business joining Create.

Amazing customer service and the product is excellent too. As a professional designer I have used many platforms for websites as well as coding from scratch, but create.net is the easiest and quickest to use - by far - with great functionality and easy access for the client to edit too. It is user-friendly, intuitive and easy to build branding into the starting themes. I highly recommend create.net

I heavily researched website builders before choosing to go with Create.net. This company is beyond fantastic! Lots of easy to use templates, tutorials, excellent support through available guides and quick response email. The team regularly introduce new features as well. The Create team are also on social media platforms, and joining their groups enables you to communicate with other create.net users and find useful hints or ask/answer questions about how something works. The Create.net team are a really friendly, supportive bunch and I couldn’t be happier!

I have 3 websites with create, I find them easy to set up & use. My customers say shopping on my websites are hassle free which is so important. On the very rare occasion I have an issue, the support team are quick to respond & help me out. I wouldn’t use anyone else for my website now!

I cannot recommend this fantastic team enough! They have answered all my questions (even before I signed up with them) and Adam has shown the patience of a saint dealing with my queries as I built my website. The templates are easy to use and their online manuals and help section are thorough and talk you clearly through how to do things step by step - even when linking to other company's software. I am so glad I listened to my friend's recommendation when she told me how happy she was with her website and Create.net.

I’ve been with Create since 2009 and I can honestly say, never go with another host. Their support staff are amazing and always on hand and they’re constantly bringing out new features. The website builder is easy and intuitive to use and customer service is one of the best I've ever experienced. I've never had to wait long for an answer, and they couldn't be more friendly or helpful. Adam in particular deserves a shout out as an amazing account manager.

They are all brilliant,never been dissatisfied with the service i have received. Considering the amount of people they have on their books i am always surprised at how quickly my query gets a response and sorted.I have had both Ian and Adam and both brilliant! Their patience is endless and much appreciated!The website package prices are really affordable and offer more than other companies do for much more!

I have been a Create user for many years and more recently started building client sites here too. The team at Create are always quick to help and sort out any issues so that your site can do its job. I normally deal with Adam and he's fantastic! And the builder itself is the best one I have used (and I've tried quite a few). The scalability and ease of use is great and I recommend Create as an alternative to more expensive and difficult web options whenever I can.
