Amazing! Another great build by Matt at Create PC’s!

Second time using CreatePc as they did a brilliant job on my previous build, I decided stick with them and create a whole new high end system and their knowledge and attention to detail is second to none.

If you are looking for a friendly, honest, knowledgeable and a reliable company to build you a Pc, whether it’s upgrading components, complete new builds or extreme water cooling PC’s, I would suggest to look no further and give them a go, as you won’t be disappointed with the results.

It’s a 10/10 service with great communication along the way and after!

This was some of the best customer service experience I've had in a long time. I was a little hesitant to order from them at first, as they are not as big as some other PC websites. But I'm so glad I did.
Matt answered any questions I had before my order and during the build phase.
The delivery of my PC was handled with so much care. One of their colleagues delivered it to me personally. And my Pc itself is exactly what I'd hoped for. I would highly recommend CreatePCs

Very good company with excellent customer service. Emails being answered the same day if any questioning. Also they did deliver my pc with their own van as couriers are in times of strike or untrustworthy with handling PC’s and free of charge. Also provided pictures if asked about the stages of building process which no other companies do. Will definitely be the company to go if you’re after a PC.

A very happy customer here. I had Create PCs build me a pretty high end gaming pc and was, if honest, a little apprehensive not using one of the larger PC building firms that perhaps you know a little more about. However other customers glowing reviews about this company, a clear and user friendly website with a helpful build configurator, and a couple of phone calls and e-mails regarding component/build choices with Matt very quickly put my mind at rest. The computer they have sent me is beyond anything I had imagined. The build quality and cable management are Off The Charts. The computer was very well protected within its own case box which was also in another larger one filled with bubble wrap and foam chips. What more can I say. I even had a reply to an e-mail at 11.30PM on a Sunday. The mainly NZXT build is now taking pride of place on my desk and so very quiet even with 7 fans going. I would 100% use this company again

Required a high spec super quiet gaming PC. Used their website which has a superbly laid out configurator and put together the build I wanted. Order placed and within 5 days it arrived. Great comms from the company during the build and during the testing. Really couldn’t be happier with Create PC. I would recommend them to all - far better than the bigger companies in this area. Great value, superb workmanship and a credit to the industry.

I was truly impressed with the quality of the service from start to finish. Being a software engineer, I found the process of building the PC on the website a delight, with every aspect being intuitive and simple, unlike a couple of others I have seen. I also appreciated the practical set of components to choose from. The build was fantastic, beautifully executed and safely delivered.

Thank you for my super new PC. Create PCs have made me a computer just as i wanted. We engaged in free and open dialogue and never felt pressured to add bits to what I was wanting unlike some companies.

I have for my last two computers purchased from another retail company who will remain nameless and I can say that I have had great computers from them in the past.

What I can say though is that the service product could not be matched by them and Create PCs defiantly took the lead.

I was hesitant in using them, but, as a customer of theirs now I hope to remain so into the future. Customer care goes a long way and its small things like including cables for me to install my hard drive and the biggest surprise was the Haribo in the bits and pieces box as I call it.

So customer care 5, Product 5, service 5, simply 5 out of 5 across the board.
