RUN - Terrible Customer Service
This was one of the most terrible customer service experiences I have ever had. I paid return shipping for the entire DreamBox due to a family situation. It was returned, unopened, in perfect condition on the same pallet it was received on, and had no follow-up from the company for well over a month. I had to reach out. Upon reaching out, I was told I would only get my refund of over $3K, which they had been sitting on, IF I returned the free gifts, which I had to bring up because I wanted to be honest. So, a $40 shipping fee for these pathetic free gifts was required to get my refund, which was never part of the return discussion. I would only have to pay for return shipping of the actual DreamBox. So, not only did they sit on my return costing ME interest on the finance, but they kept $3K+ in lockdown over $40. CreateRoom, you can do better.
