Brilliant customer service. Can’t fault them

Ordered some samples which were delivered very quickly and are a really good size, much bigger than I expected. Will definitely order once I've decided what colour to go for but now they've introduced new colours, they've made my decision more difficult! I love the sage green!

Ordered my samples first and they came in a decent size and very quick. The actual delivery was very quick and I’m glad I found the shades I was looking for, also very happy that the with of 90cm is available. Great service.

Excellent product. Quick deliveries. Easy and fair communication with the seller. I bought 10 rollers for my kitchen project which couldnt finish coz not enough rolls. Went back to the website to buy 2 more and realised I could have get 12 rolls as multi buyer for the same price of 10. When presented the issue to the seller he send me two rolls for free. I bought variuos rolls on different websites and i had all sort of issues. I believe createyourworld has the best products.

Purchased self-adhesive vinyl tiles from them, which arrived quickly but did not stick to the floor at all, despite my following all the instructions and preparing my floor adequately. I have used self-adhesive vinyl tiles from other companies before and never had this issue.

When I requested support from the sales team, they completely ignored me. Their website states they only accept returns for refund within 30 days of purchase - how convenient that they never responded to my multiple emails requesting support or a refund then!

I won't be buying anything from this company again and would advise other customers to look elsewhere too.

Create your world, have got very good customer service. A couple of vinyl tiles were missing out of my order. They apologised and were sent next day. The tiles are beautiful and i also ordered the vinyl wrap for my kitchen by dc fix very pleased looks great. Delivery virtually next day.

Extremely slow service, generally unresponsive, but any communication unhelpful and disinterested. From website: "great customer service at all times" - wonder when that's due to start?

Owed a refund - nothing for over 3 months. Return delivery and received an email saying it would be issued as soon as the product returned to the warehouse. This was 3 months ago and no communication from this seller, also known as Create Your World selling flooring etc.

Ordered some samples to begin with.. a longer timeframe for delivery with the current climate. Then ordered the vinyl to do our worktops, again told a delivery time but it came so fast!! So happy as it’s meant we could get our kitchen finished. Up to date with emails throughout the sale and dispatch and love the product too!! We got the dc fix sanremo oak vinyl and it’s great!! A bit of patience but worth it!!

The shade of the item l purchase was too light in real life. I wanted to return the item only to find out l had to pay just over half the price of what l bought in postage to return the items. I am extremely dissapointed.
