unable to access my online account to make payments for coming up to a year now. seems strange to me that a finacial services company would have such along standing issue with repayments for their customers?!
the resolve online is to contact the support team, but i have to login to the account to be able too do this... so i cant login to get help, or pay, but i need to login to contact a member of the support team... mmmm i wonder if this is so they can claim interest when people are late due to their faulty systems and blatant atempt to make it hard to contact customer services and make repayments !

Tried to activate my account but would not let me. Spoke to Umel who sorted everything out over the phone. Great service

I had an issue with payments not going through. Cameron from customer support was really helpful he found the issue being curry's not giving creation the right account details sorted everything out for me.. Top man!!

Great call with one of their customer service representatives David O’hara. Went out of his way to explain the procedure simply and built a genuine rapport with me instantly due to his professional yet friendly way. Definitely a reason I’ll be continuing my relationship with Creation as a firm. Really positive experience.

I'm not even a consumer nor owner but treated like I am owner or company giving a consumer notice of hide yourself away which I won't till I know what it is. Curious not creations
