Rechnungskauf bei Handarbeitswaren.de ist reine Kundentäuschung

Ich habe bei Handarbeitswaren.de bestellt (Bestellung Nr. 2137243). Im Bestellprozess wird die Option „Kauf auf Rechnung“ ganz normal zur Auswahl angeboten. Erst am Folgetag erhält man dann eine E-Mail mit dem Hinweis: „Die Lieferung auf Rechnung ist derzeit nicht möglich“ und der Aufforderung, per PayPal oder Vorkasse zu zahlen. Das ist mir nun schon zum zweiten Mal passiert! Wenn der Shop diese Zahlungsart systematisch blockiert oder die Kriterien dafür fehlerhaft sind, darf er sie im Bestellprozess nicht vorschlagen. Das ist irreführend und kostet Kunden nur unnötig Zeit. Absolut unprofessioneller Service!

Super Erfahrung mit Kundenservice vom creativ-discount

Ich habe einer super Erfahrung mit diesem Shop gemacht. Ich hatte von einem 0,99€ Artikel 6 Stück bestellt und einer war davon defekt.
Ohne Probleme bekam ich umgehend Ersatz zugeschickt. Nachdem auch diese Sendung defekt ankam, wurde mir nochmals der Artikel zugesendet.
Ich hatte sehr netten Kontakt mit Frau Lamers, die sich wirklich alle Mühe gab, mich zufrieden zu stellen. Jeder andere Shop hätte wahrscheinlich die 0,99€ zurück erstattet und gut. Aber das so ein preiswerter Artikel 3x verschickt wird, mit immer wieder erneuten Versandkosten, fand ich sehr bewundernswert.
Also von mir volle 5 Sterne für diesen engagierten Kundenservice und ganz sicher werde ich dort bei Bedarf gern erneut bestellen.
