The cloth cable that I chose was disappointing. It did not match the picture at all. It was very smooth looking in pic, but in actuality is rough jute with the metallic thread in in. You can hardly see the metallic at all. Other than that, product is nice.

Lovely selection of cloth covered electrical cable and the original ceramic ceiling canopy is a real find. We were upgrading drop lights that were getting a little dated and this did the trick. It took my electrician a little time to do the installation but is well worth it. Add to that the well organized website, the order process, and the efficient shipping and it was a 5 star experience

I purchased 4 metal bulb covers, sockets and 12 feet of 3 wire rayon cable for pendant shades. Web site was very straight forward and helpful. FAQs were very helpful. Selection was easy. Price was excellent. Shipping was quick and DHL was very polite. Arrived ahead of schedule. The order was packaged neatly, like your grandmother packing your school lunch!! Online videos were very helpful and did come in handy. Product quality is superb, looks great, functions perfectly. Highly recommended.

The product is fine. But CC has ZERO interest in customer service. I tried three different ways to contact the company to adjust my order—phone, email and chatbot—they ignored all three.
