After purchasing a Sabatier Knife Set ( with 25yrs Guarantee) from Dunelm just over 12months ago, the handles showed signs of cracking. Dunelm were not interested in helping, or even offering support on their supplier. After endless emails and phone calls to UK suppliers<: Sarah Berrido from Creativetops came to the rescue. The service and support I received was Excellent, regaining our faith in Customer Services. Sarah was able to source some replacements, which have now arrived , very quickly. Many Thanks. Pity the Retailer Dunelm, were not able to show the same iniative, or support.
