Such a good quality swing-set. Installer was professional, friendly and worked very hard putting up the structure by himself. What would have taken us days, took him a half day in freezing cold weather. We are already enjoying our swing-set and making memories. Very excited we made such a wonderful purchase.

I purchased a Spring Free trampoline. I knew what I wanted before I went to Creative Playthings. The salesman was so helpful and touched on the points that I had read about. The salesman was not pushy at all, he was really professional and helpful. He was just closing shop when I went in. He stayed so that I could purchase the trampoline and set up a day for the delivery and setup. He offered to take the order over the phone the next day, but I wanted to get it done that day.

He answered all of my questions, provided helpful hints about what to do in the winter and explained the weight restrictions. He suggested that I come back with my teenagers to try out the trampoline in the showroom.

They have a few different brands of trampolines in the showroom, so you can try before you buy.

I paid for delivery and setup. This is worth every penny. I watched the men set it up. They are a well oiled machine. It is obvious they have set up many of these. They were professional, helpful, efficient, cleaned up and took away all of the packaging. They answered a few questions I had about the setup and what to do in a blizzard. I had seen videos and read reviews of setting up this trampoline and it made more sense to have the pros do it. In my case.

I received the phone call the day before the delivery to confirm the date and provide time for the delivery and setup. The men showed up as scheduled.

The entire experience was pleasant and professional.

The best part is the amazing trampoline we have now. So awesome!

We are loving our new Creative Playthings playset! It is very solid and great to get our kids in the backyard. Even at their older ages of 6 and 9, they still get a lot of use out of it. We purchased the tallest model with accessories geared towards older kids and they really enjoy it, as well as enjoy having friends over to play on it.

It was installed very efficiently and it was reassuring that the installers had done quite a few of these and knew what they were doing!

The person who installed it was meticulous and extremely courteous and professional!! We want to give 10 stars if we could. I love the play set BUT when we had the consultation we were told we can place the play set in one area... when the installers came out they said we couldn’t do that because of the pitch. We had to change the location and now more of my backyard is unusable. I would have been fine with being told that I could not place the set where I wanted to but might have chosen a different play set to fit the space.

Working with the team was very pleasant. The manager even came to my house and helped me strategize where would be the best place to put the playset.

Most importantly the smile on my children's faces were priceless.

It's beautiful, well built and sturdy.

I had purchased a Basketball hoop but when it was delivered it was missing the hardware. Allison Smith the Customer Service Manager went out of her way to make sure she took care of my issue. I received the hardware and was able to install my unit. She was a pleasure to deal with and in my opinion an asset to the company.
