Excellent experience from start to finish with a expert artist, who is obviously passionate and knowledgeable about his craft. Marc was great to deal with and the whole process couldn't be faulted.

Amazing results. Professional service. Thank you. I’d looked for somewhere for my SMP for a while as I was keen to keep things natural. Marc talked me through the process and I trusted his judgement to create a natural hairline that’s suitable for me. I’m really glad I did as the results are amazing. Very happy with results, Marc goes way above & beyond to make you feel at ease and takes his time to make sure you have the right result. If you are worried about losing your hair, look no further and get booked in, best thing I ever did. I had a hair replacement unit and if you are in the same position and always worried about it, then I would recommend a swap, it is like a new me with more confidence than ever. After getting my head savaged by a turkey hairtransplant, I was very concerned. Spoke to Marc who assured me they can make a vast improvement. I was apprehensive due to having a terrible experience in Turkey, but now I can look at the final reults, I couldnt be happier. Marc is a true artist and a genuinely nice bloke and the communication and proffessionalism throughout was brilliant. Highly reccomend it. The reults are astonishingly good.

I booked in for a top-up appointment with Sammy, he did my original work (which I was extremely happy with) and I returned just to go slightly darker and have my hairline dropped. As before, the whole process was efficient, easy and made me feel at ease. Customer service was amazing from start to finish and my top-up results by Sammy are fantastic. I highly recommend Creative Scalps.

Perfect results, I couldn't be happier!

Being fair haired / skin type, and needing the entire top of my head done, I had my concerns. I told Marc I was keen to air on the side of subtle and he agreed. The results have been incredible. I'm so happy with how it looks.

The other concern I had was upkeep, how often I'd have to shave to keep it looking well blended with what little hair I have left. Again, no issues whatsoever. I just bic my head once every 2-3 days and it looks good throughout this time. Probably optimal around 24-48 hours after the shave, but never looks odd. So, so much better than a bald head :)

I’m 21 years old and have been experiencing hair loss for the past 2 years. From day one Marc has been nothing but professional. As well and being a top SMP practitioner he is also a support therapist. When you go from your old bald look, to having a hairline (after session one), it messes with your mind (it did for me anyway). Marc was there to reassure me that it would turn out amazing and after session three, I can confirm he was right. I changed my mind with regards to my hairline between session two and three and this was no problem. Confidence restored! I now fully wet shave my head every three days to ensure my SMP looks sharp and real, which it does. I have had no comments about the SMP so it must look real but I have had a few comments from people saying "we should get our haircut like Gav" and "you look good". Didn't get that when I was a slap head. I might pop back for a little tweak, but that's my choice and no reflection on the final completed work. Cheers Marc.

I highly recommend Marc Allen and Creative Scalps. Almost a month has past since my final treatment and I couldn't be happier with the end result. Due to some anxiety about this procedure I'm sure that I wasn't the easiest client to accommodate but Marc's a really nice guy and he was very understanding throughout. It took a few years for me to weigh up all the options, hair systems, FUE Hair Implants and Scalp Micro Pigmentation. I settled on SMP and headed to Creative Scalps where Marc introduced me to Will Quaye and after my consultation I felt like I had made the right decision immediately. Everything was seamless with the bookings, despite the COVID19 pandemic all my appointments went off without a hitch. Even came in early on my last session as I had to work!!
Will is Excellent at what he does. After the first session my hairline was restored and the following sessions built nicely on it. Will is meticulous and clearly incredibly passionate about what he does.

I was a little nervous beforehand as for obvious reasons wanted the SMP to look as natural as possible. Went for the faded hairline look (which Marc has perfected) and genuinely couldn't be happier. You really cannot tell it's anything other than a buzz-cut. So glad I did my research and went for the best there is. Would not hesitate to recommend.

I have just had my third and final treatment with Marc and the entire experience was great from start to finish,initially after my consultation in which everything was very well explained to me and any questions answered I still was unsure whether to go ahead but no pressure was put on me instead Marc advised me to go away and think it over before booking and now its completed I can honestly say I made the right decision I’m made up with the results and would highly recommend Creative Scalps if you are considering smp.
