Sudden unrequested re-subscription attempt.

2 years on from our emphatic cancellation (in no uncertain terms by email) following an unrequested and unwanted auto-renewal - and guess what. They've suddenly tried to charge another years subscription. This - after us actually not being subscribed last year, following our enforced year's (unwanted) subscription.

Fortunately for us, the bank account is no longer active and refused their debit.

This pattern of behaviour can no longer be considered accidental. It's deliberate, hoping that Creative sector SMEs will be too busy to notice a DD of £312, or just accept it.

Hudson Procurement Group (t/a Creative Tenders) named and shamed for illegal practices and attempted theft.
I bet they daren't respond to this - much less try and sue me for liable....
Appalling behaviour.

BUYER BEWARE

If you have cancelled a subscription make sure to call your bank and BLOCK this company, otherwise they will keep taking payments from you indefinitely.

We cancelled our subscription TWO years ago. For the second year in a row they have taken money out of our company account, despite cancelling, despite asking them to remove our details from their system. This is not a cheap subscription! It is unacceptable and verging on fraudulent! Especially as the card we initially used expired a year ago, I have no clue how they got our new details and charged us, but they have. Still yet to get a reply from them or refund!

I wonder how much of their revenue comes from this kind of behaviour!
